Right now, the fax is labeled with who it is from in the inbox.We would like to be able to label each fax for our purposes (ie, what it is)Then we could scan the list to find the faxes we need, rather than having to open up each one to see what it is. We were able to do this with our previous provider of faxes.

  2. Currently there is no way to view any Integrations or addons in the Admin Panel. We'd love to be able to see if any folks have enabled anything on our account, this seems like a nice security feature.

  3. Team Chats in Ring Central should allow the Super Admin to monitor communications to ensure the banks liability is protected. The same way companies have access to employees emails to protect the company

  4. RC Mobile app defaults to company contact list for default contacts so you have to swipe multiple times to access your personal contacts. This becomes cumbersome if you are using ringcentral mobile app for most of your calls to your personal contacts. Suggestion is to allow users the option to select which account list they want the app to default to: Company, Guest, Personal, Teams, or Other

  5. The option of having a separate ringtone for inner office calls would greatly improve productivity. Currently having to look at the phone every time it rings to see if is my coworker , trying to reach me can be distracting.

  7. Is there anyway we can add a feature in a video meeting, on desktop, and minimize the video so it "sticks" so I can multitask?
    In the old version you would click the minimize button on a mac and the video would "stick" as a small screen and then you could multitask.

  8. Users who regularly work in different locations would like to be able to save at least 2 addresses in the system that they can choose from for their Emergency address. This way they would not have to keep typing in the addresses as they switch locations throughout the week. Thanks for considering this request.

My customer uses a 7 digit ticketing number system for their IT department helpdesk and when Ticket numbers are being sent via Message in our Unified app, the ticket numbers are getting converted to Phone number call hyperlinks. This is an issue as they want to prevent our app from converting 7 digits to launch a phone call as they want to be able to highlight and copy the number to search in their internal ticket system data base. Can we make it an option to turn off 7 digit auto link to phone numbers or disable all together?

  11. We have a number of user accounts / phones where the name and surname combined are quite long. This results in the display on the phone to continuously scroll when either displaying the user's extension on the phone (in the top left hand corner of their handset) or when setting up line keys / speed dials. It seems the max length for a name on an Avaya J 139 is about 14 characters before it starts to scroll / truncate.On one Yealink Cordless handset we have it simply shows initials as there are too many characters!It would be really good…

  12. Cx wanted to use the TollFRee number as thier Outbound caller ID. CT-30556: Due to new Telco regulations (Communications Alliance Scam Code) in AU, outbound calls from RingCentral AU customers who use their AU Toll-Free numbers ( 13/1300/1800/1900) as CLID will fail to connect.

  13. It would be nice if the RC mobile and desktop apps were compatible with ALL wireless/bluetooth headphones vs. the short list of headsets currently compatible. I have run into issues with 3 different pairs of bluetooth earbuds only working temporarily, and then inevitably run into issues. I do not want to wear a headset, and would prefer to answer calls using the RC desktop app using wireless headphones connected to by laptop via bluetooth.

  14. It would be helpful (and something that was a feature with Fonality) where you can click on a phone number in your browser OR copy and paste a phone number to the RC web app. The call starts to dial out, but it's connected to your deskphone where the call takes place.

  18. Currently, if you have automatic call recording enabled for a user, you have to access all of the call recordings for that user via the Call Log. However, if you only have on-demand call recording enabled for a user, they can access their recordings from Service Web by going to Messages > Recordings, and under the 'Recordings' tab, all of the on-demand recordings are visible. On-demand recordings are also accessible from the Call Log.   20. When making and transferring internal calls from the dial pad on the Desktop Application you can't see the users presence status (In a Meeting, On a Call, DND etc.). Being able to see the Users current presence state would improve the user experience.
