  1. We have limited extensions for faxes and such. Sometimes during a port you can't get all the numbers ported at the same time it would be nice to be able to temporarily forward a limited extension to another number until you can permanently route it to where you need.

  3. wanted to have feature that will allow users to dial out to clients using different area codes depending on the number that they are dialing out.For instance, if they are calling someone from 916 area code, they wanted to appear as if they are also calling from the area with 916 area code.

  7. Each IVR should have the options for where faxes and texts should be forwarded to. Just like Call Queues. Right now, the fax or text is just sent to whomever the main number forwards to.

  9. I think it would be super helpful for administrators to have the ability to schedule changes to take place. For example, (basic example) lets say we need add a user to a call queue at a certain time and remove them at a certain time we could schedule a change. This feature could "record" the change and then we can specify when this change would occur based on date and time. This would assist admins so we don't have to remember to do something or mark it on our calendars versus scheduling it on the portal. Also eliminates the scenario…

  20. When users send gifs to one another, the movement of the gif can be distracting, or the gif itself may be undesirable to see continuously. An option to collapse the gif and hide it from view in the message would be super helpful. (Slack has this feature)
