Whenever we schedule a meeting using RCV plugin in Outlook on an existing email thread, the invite is being added on the thread, however, it is placed at the bottom of the thread instead of the top. This causes issues because although the recipients can see the link they are not able to see the other invite details right away like the dial-in number. This issue is not happening when scheduling a meeting using the RCM plugin in Outlook. When we use RCM plugin and schedule a meeting the invite is already on top of the email thread.

  3. Our agents are on queue calls, but they get spam calls directly to their direct phone numbers. This confuses them, as they think that they're missing calls. It's also distracting for them. There should be a way to not get notified of incoming calls when you're already on a queue call. Thank you!

  4. Currently, the work around is to just repeat the announcement in the audio recording that you upload. This does not allow callers to repeat phone number or websites that they may be directed to.

  5. Hi. I am looking for a way to essentially set up a "speakerphone button" (or control-key shortcut) when using RingCentral app on my desktop. Normally, I like to use the headset mic and earphones. But sometimes I'd like to use a "speakerphone" --- actually my Logitech webcam mic and the computer speakers.RingCentral remembers the different default audio mic/speaker source between phone and video. I'd like to have a way in phone settings to set default audio sourceA and default audio sourceB.   6. Recently, while removing 37 DID phone lines from our premium web portal, there was 2 options, 1. Hold line and move to unassigned area. 2. Release and remove line. The 2nd option leads us to believe we are no longer liable. You should add language in there specifying we still need to contact our RC Rep and let them know what DID numbers to actually remove from our account so we are not paying for them anymore etc.

  7. Each employee on my staff is on-call for one-week periods. Can you please add time based scheduling that allows one to program a special "call answer rotation group" that can automatically cycle through each member of the group after a user-configurable number of days? It would make it MUCH easier than having to build 52 new rules each year.For example: the call-answer rotation could be set to 7 days, with 3 members of an "on-call" group.   9. Poly supports pagination on their VVX 250 & VVX 350 models, which allows the activation of presence button pages. This would support a few pages of presence soft buttons without the need for an expansion module. While pagination can be activated locally on the phone it isn't functional without RingCentral writing additional presence lines into the configuration file. Additional presence lines should be added to the configuration file regardless of whether pagination is enabled, since the phone will still only show the number available and ignore those not supported- this change would allow companies to enable pagination on their phones…

  13. If all extensions are busy on call or only one extension is online , there must be a call wait pop-up or notification comes up (if a client calls up). The feature is missing. We always miss the caller number or information. I request you to please add this feature "Call Wait Notification". This will help to call back our client.

AS we can see there is no way a chance to see the history of messages which got edited after delivery using Ring central appif a person A speaks with person Bthen A says "ABCD"and B sees "ABCD"then after 1 hr or 2 hr's A changes the message using edit option as "XYZ" and then once if B comes back he sees "XYZ" instead of abcdand there is no way a track on the changed messages this can happen several times and leaves a impression that this leaves a wrong communication so it would be good if you provide nay…

We would like the see a feature that allows us to upload a custom audio file that plays when pausing and resuming recording.Instead of the default message that plays when you pause and resume the call recording (when taking payment details for example) we would like to be able to play a custom recording which we can upload via the admin portal.

When the iphone is on the lockscreen and an incoming RC call comes in, the call is incorrectly routed through the iOS native phone app and thus is answered in the native phone app. Proper behavior should be for the call to be routed to the RC app and thus answered within the RC app.The proper behavior does occur when the phone is unlocked, so this issue is limited to only when the iPhone is locked when the call comes in.
