  2. It would be nice to allow users forward their calls to another extension instead of just 10 digit phone number. Extensions including other users as well as group queue extensions.

  3. Two companies are being managed in one account through Multi-Site. The Super Admin will give access to one of the Users of the other company so they will have access to their IVR Menu. However, that User shouldn't have access to the greetings under the Prompts Library.

  5. After adding managers to a queue it removes the ability to go to the advanced settings under notifications and change each notification's email. We use salesforce and create cases from email's, once I added managers to the queue it removed my exisiting notification emails and replaced them with the managers emails and I'm unable to change this. It's frustrating because now my only option to fix this is to clone an existing queue Please either allow me to remove manager's and/or add the advanced settings under notifications once manager's are selected

  6. We are global. With groups using Glip for notification, everyone in the group is notified for new postings. With a group in (Germany, France, Netherlands, India) the folks in the group receive notifications throughout the night, even when based in the US. It would be GREAT to have the ability to restrict sounds to hours based on your local time zone: eg No sound notificatiosn from 11:30 Pm to 6:30 AM etc. They could turn them off before going to bed and back on in the morning, but a set it and forget it would be a material improvement.   7. I like to get notifications for text but I wish there was a way to turn off the notification for miss calls. I know you can go to the phone setting and turn off all Ring Central notifications but that doesn't help because then that would turn off text notifications. Thank you!

Customer is requesting to have a feature that outbound calls coming from user that is part of a call queue and uses the call queue number as the caller outbound ID to be recorded as call queue call same with paging groups. As of now, calls made by the user that is part of the call queue is recorded as a user

  9. When the user is on a conference call, he should be able to take another call leaving the 2 person on the conference and continue the conversation. And the user would like to be be to junp from one conference call to another.

  11. Admin should be able to set email address that service notification are sent too. Right now it defaults to user details and the preferred address for notifications may be different. Also, a different address may already be in use with different account which gets rejected.

  13. When recording calls, the warning message that tells the caller the call is being recorded is currently only in English. A user group would like to be able to have the recording in Spanish and/or Spanish & English combo announcement. Would also like this to be selectable on the user/group basis and not a global selection.

  14. When sending an SMS, the app will not let you set a default phone number to send the SMS from.Every time my team opens the app, they must choose the correct phone number to text From, before sending a text.This does not exist in RingCentral, I've talked to their support several times.

  16. Service Providers that use software to send texts and mms. Other softwares have selectable providers like Verizon, Sprint, Tmobile,ATT etc. for example, Verizon is vtext.com. example 4075551212@vtext.com. Something like sending a fax to 4075551212@rcfax.com, to have a rctext.com or rcmms.com would be great. (But how could you charge for it to the sender lol. Probably why its not a feature to consider!

  19. This feature would help the app act the same as a desk phone if you are taking external calls and transferring them to other users. After taking an external call, going to call actions and clicking transfer, the caller would automatically be placed on hold as you dial an internal extension or search for a user for a warm or blind transfer. Currently, there is not an option to place a caller on hold while processing a transfer, leaving an awkward moment of silence before completion.
