  1. On Windows the RC app needs to make it easier to text (not messaging) to an outside phone. As it is right now, you have to click on Phone symbol on the left and hit + symbol at top right and hit "Send new text", or go to the + symbol first. Either way, this is very confusing to new users who are being trained to use the app in my office. You guys should design a new symbol on the left for SMS text messaging.   2. Customer is using the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ wireless headset on the RingCentral app. But there are times that it's not working properly. As per Gregory "I can hear the person but they can't here me. Sometimes, I can't hear the person at all." Please check the settings for the said headset with RingCentral Settings or if we can do an update with Samsung Galaxy Buds to avoid this issue.

  5. External users should be able to unsubscribe from receiving RC SMS text from any company users and once they do unsubscribe, RC system should be up to date . So if anyone try again to send text/SMS to that person, that should get rejected automatically.

  8. Add the ability to copy images from ringcentral app to other apps like word processors.This would save time when compiling a document with images shared from ringcentral. Right now you need to download images and then add them to other apps which is tedious.

  9. It would be very efficient if there was a feature where the Ringcentral user is able to download all the pictures sent through Ringcentral by the customer. It is very time-consuming when the user has to go to each picture one by one to download the picture.

  10. My account requires Ring Groups on users due to directing calls to users based on zip codes. My team is getting larger but cannot go past 30 on the ring groups. Also we cannot use simultaneous as we use an outside provider for answering services. Would be helpful if a ring group can go beyond the maximum of 30

We have users that are what we call "Customer Service Reps" Primary function is to take inbound calls from the queue, while they won't get presented a second call from a queue, they are getting interrupted by DID calls and Transferred calls, this really kills their work flow and focus, having to ignore or send to voice mail calls that come in while they are working a call.   12. When i am in a message and I use CTRL Z it seems to keep the data in the buffer and it if you go to another user that info is retained and if you do another CTRL Z that data appears. How can you fix this so the data does not travel from person to person.

Hello,Can I request a feature to add a "Custom Forwarding Rule" where we can select:- Bi-weekly => Every second Friday ( or Sat, Sun, Mon)- Every Second Friday or Sat.Sun,MonOF course we can setup it manually with dates range, but this will expire one day and it will be great if we can have this feature to change forwarding rules every second week. This feature will help to manage "On-Call" schedule for team of people. As for now we need to manually change forwarding phone and as a humans, we often forgot to change it :|Thanks in advance.

  18. Currently we are only able to have a "during business hours" and "after hours" voicemail recordings and if we ever go out of office, we have to record over what we currently have. It would be really nice to have a third option for "out of office/vacation" so that we can just turn on that voicemail instead of always having to rerecord when we get back from vacation.

  20. It would be nice to tag messages as they relate to a specific subject. Then when you need to filter through your messages you can sort by "tag" and find the information you need related to the relevant subject.
