  1. Implement a feature that allows users with the manager role to access their respective team members' call logs, ensuring they can only view the logs of their own team, or group.

    Currently, upon elevation to the manager or supervisor role, users obtain unrestricted access to call logs across the entire organization.

    You either get access to the entire organization's call logs or no one. Please allow us to configure this permission set.

  3. Currently the only way to "Pin the window" for active call controls, is to select it during an active call. This leaves this option dependent on each user. We have plenty of users who do not familiarize themselves with the app and do not know that pinning the window will allow the window to pop in front of all active windows when they receive a call. I'd like the ability to set the "Pin this Window" globally so it's our default window behavior.

  7. Allow RingCentral admins to see where voicemail emails are coming from by showing the IP address. This helps them keep an eye on security and fix any issues faster. They can control who sees this info and get alerts for any suspicious activity. Also, make it easy to connect with other security systems for better protection. This update gives admins more control, helps them stay on top of security, and makes it simpler to manage any problems that come up with voicemail emails.

  8. Customer prefer to have the simplest way of call forwarding, like when setting up call forwarding from User A , and then need to add User B on the list, if we can just add their license number and it should ring all the forwarding added on that user, though user B is using his RC Application.

  9. Implement a visual indicator within the RingCentral account interface to clearly show when HIPAA compliance is enabled.

    Currently, there is no readily apparent way for users to confirm their RingCentral account is configured for HIPAA compliance. This can lead to confusion and uncertainty, especially for healthcare providers who rely on the platform for secure communication.

  12. We really need this feature so clients can text our "support team, customer service team, etc." and allow several people on our company team be able to view & reply to these messages.

    Nextiva just rolled out with this feature last month (Feb. 2024). Let's see it already RingCentral, please! Don't let Nextiva outpace you on features. They've been rolling out really nice back to back features in the past 2 months.

  13. Currently, the inbox storage limit for voicemails and faxes in RingCentral is set to 200 items before automatic deletion. This limitation may pose challenges for users who require a larger storage capacity to retain important communications.   19. Currently O365 contacts are listed a separate contact inside the RC contacts. any Merged contacts from different sources that have the same contact number get listed multiple times, these duplicate number matches should be removed.
