  3. Please add more low toned ring tones, or allow us to add custom ring tones, I have a few users that have a hard time hearing the higher pitched ring tones.

  4. Right now, per https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Which-phones-support-Hot-Desking.html , Mitel phones are not supported as hotdesk / common area phones. Please add support.

  5. Need to be able to share MAC system audio on the RingCentral Video meetings. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.

I think it would be helpful to have the SMS on the desktop app act like the mobile app where the texts from yourself are on the right side and texts from the other person on the left. also having different colors to differentiate your texts or the other person's texts. This makes it easier to read and find messages from yourself or the other person.

  9. It is not possible to access Outlook contacts, or have the app access the contacts directly from our Exchange server. Neither can I click Call on the contact in Outlook, as the RingCentral app doesn't connect to Microsoft Telephony Services. A phone app without the ability to dial contacts is not very useful.

  15. Would like drop down on a toolbar that allows me to quickly change what mic/headset I am using without having to drill down through the settings every time. I use boht a wired and wireless headset. And it is a HUGE pain to have to keep changing it in the settings.

  17. Feature Request : Call Using F6 Hotkey - For BT Accounts Details : Need to have the feature Call Using F6 Hotkey available on the BT Cloud Work Desktop application. Significance of the feature : Customer claims he had it used it for a day and loved it. It made everything convenient for all the users to dial out. Current behavior : The feature was seen and enabled on the BT Cloud Work Desktop app then its now gone. Brand : BT Business

  18. We switched a couple of our office locations to BYOC licensing and lost the ability to SMS Text. The SMS Text option should be added to the standard BYOC product license. It is a vey handy feature and our staff love it for communicating with our customers. It allow them to give one number to customers for all communications.

  19. When users start a new SMS message within the Mobile app, the 5 digit extension shows as the primary number and not the 10 digit. This causes missed text on the Windows app. By using the 10 digit as the primary it will have a better texting experience across platforms.

  20. When working from home or using the app we are not able to see if another user is on the phone. To find out, we must call that person to see if they answer or are available. If we were able to see this off the bat as we are on the desk phones, then we would not have to guess or call the user. Instead we can say to the caller "I see that the person you are trying to connect with is on the phone right now" and you can ask them to hold until you see the…
