  1. The ability to block all outside incoming calls to limited extensions is extremely important. We use limited extensions with Algo IP Speakers and can't have outside calls coming into our classrooms.

  2. I was looking for where one user could have two phones in different locations but with the same extension. As it would be beneficial for a user with an office phone and a home phone.

  3. Share contacts from an apple or android device through RingCentral App as an SMS. Share contact is currently enabled however it sends as an internal message through Chat Message inside RingCentral App.

  4. Example:
    Customer needs to sometimes move users between Sites (in the admin portal)

    When creating a site, it prompts users to select a cost center to tie to the site.

    Once a user is moved from Site A to Site B, the expectation is that the cost Center would automatically adjust from Cost Center C to Cost Center D.

    This is not the case.
    A user is moved from Site A (which is tied to Cost Center C), to to Site B (Tied to Cost center D). While they are moved from Site A to Site B, the Cost center…

  8. I would like to have the option to change the frequency of the periodic tones for outbound calls that are being recorded. Right now it seems to be every 15 seconds which is quite annoying. I would like 30 second and 1 minute intervals as options.

  10. ...n the ones provided.. We need the ability for the super admin to modify the six default statuses so our company can create standard status defaults rather than the ones provided. In addition, when we create new statuses, these statuses disappear each time we log out of the RC application. This is a slight inconvenience as we have to re-enter the statuses each time we log back into the RC app. Note: Please do not merge this with Idea: CUSTCOM-I-308, as it is showing a status of Implemented even though it has not been implemented.

  14. Account is HIPAA Activated but user extension is capable of sending Group SMS which is not a HIPAA compliant. Requesting if we could have an option or add a feature on the account to disable the Group SMS feature on our RingCentral Application.

  19. Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

  20. Reduce prompt played to 1 time in general IVR setting before its transferred to an extension. We work with older clients and for them to listen to prompt three times and wait to get to an extension is painful
