RingCentral Phone desktop sync status when on a RingCentral Meetings
It would be best if the RingCentral Phone application can automatically go to Busy/Do Not Disturb status if a user is engaged on a RingCentral Meetings. This will prevent the RingCentral phone desktop app to ring and route the call to voicemail, in case user was not able to manually toggle it to Bust/DND.

Warm Transfer/ ask first - as only transfer option

Call Monitoring an extension indefinitely, through all calls/call attempts. -Not just one call at a time...

When we used to have Vonage, when you monitored someone, your extension "sat" above the monitored extension, hearing every call that came in.Currently, RingCentral customers can only use the monitor button for one call. Also, the monitoring will not work unless the call is connected.
My feature request includes monitoring an extension indefinitely, through all calls/call attempts, then the user doing the monitoring can back out of this mode by ending his/her call. Can this be done? This would be a HUGE help for training purposes. This allows the monitoring user to only enter monitoring mode…

Persistent presence 'dots' on Messages/Team chat/Contacts windows.
Still new to RC and exploring about - and finding that certain items, while seemingly logical, aren't programmed in. (Well, 98% programmed...)What I mean by this is there are the Presence 'dots' (status colors) for when you are seeing the users under Direct Messages displayed under Messages. green/gray/red/etc. As well as in other areas on the RC app.If the screen is set to show the Team members (the Pinned/Files/Images - sidebar) - why do the Dots not show up. Oh, they do if you hover over each one at a time - but that's not a good use of time.Unless…

Option to Disable Group SMS
Account is HIPAA Activated but user extension is capable of sending Group SMS which is not a HIPAA compliant. Requesting if we could have an option or add a feature on the account to disable the Group SMS feature on our RingCentral Application.

Add a radio button on app icon
Sometimes when I step away from my desk, I miss the tone notification that I received a new message. I won't know I missed it unless I open the app. How about a radio button on the icon on my dock to alert me. Like the red radio buttons on my text messages on my iphone.

Send unanswered call in queue to IVR instead of VM
After the maximum wait time is reached, I would like to be able to send a call in the call queue to an IVR rather than the voicemail of that queue.Right now, the only option that I have is to send the call to voicemail.

Support the new Yealink WH66 DECT Headset series
Yealink has a new series of DECT headsets, with a LCD screen control interface, great microphone noise processing technology, and overall an amazing product. They are designed for mobile+softphone. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh66Unfortunately, Ringcentral only supports Jabra/Poly headsets. I much prefer this product over what Jabra / Poly are producing. Given Ringcentral already supports many Yealink products, I would encourage you to include this headset, it's a winner.Lawrence

As RingCentral Classic updates have occurred, they have continued to create a new file, rather than removing the outdated version. Provide an uninstall tool to remove all / select legacy versions

Schedule status change at certain dates or times
It would be useful for people who use their work laptops afterhours for personal that we can schedule our presence to turn invisible or available at a certain time, like after 5pm on weekdays so you can be green and available when you log in the morning for work instead of having to remember to toggle this on/off daily

Add the ability to pin a banner image and message on the top of a Glip team.
We would like the ability to pin a company message and image that does not scroll up. We want to make every employee aware of company guidelines on social edict before they post.

Add settings for different notification and sound behavior based on presence.
For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

RingCentral App Messages - Pop Up
To avoid missed messages, we would like to create a Group called “Importance Announcements”. Only Supervisors/Managers can add messages to this group. However, for this group only, once a message has been sent it automatically generates a pop-up big enough that it covers 2/3 of the screen. In order to close the pop up the message needs to “x” out. However, this pop-up only opens when the agent is next in ACW. (this way the pt. isn’t inconvenienced). Please advise if this is possible.

Add the recipient number to email notifications
In the SMS/Missed Call/Fax messages please include the number that it was sent to. In the case of Company Message recipient its impossible to interpret who the message is intended for without signing into the app or Web admin center in some cases.

Fax without voicemail
Apparently if you turn off accept messages in order to stop voicemails you also lose the ability to receive faxes.

Adding a feature to set an out of office message for text messages.
While out of the office, not everyone calls to hear we are out of the office but I always come back to multiple text messages. If an out of office feature could be added when we get a text, it would be extremely helpful!
