  1. Our users report issues with RingCentral Video and the RingCentral App for Windows. I opened up support cases and the usual resolution is, try a new meeting or re-install the application. This is a good first step but it would be great to be able to search for issues or bugs with any product so we could identify if other peers have also reported the issue and if the development team is aware of what versions are impacted or if there's an expected release when the issue will be resolved.

  2. Be able to block certain users in different departments to have calls with specific phone numbers. Example, when you have two tier of sales. Make sure people that attract users to your platform are not calling our premium users.

  5. At the moment, if a user picks up their phone to dial a call, either from the desktop application or desk phone, they still show as available until that call connects. It would be most helpful if they showed as Not Available once the call was initiated, so there was not this in-between time from moment of dialing number until all is connected before they show as Not Available.

  6. Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.

  9. It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

Currently, when going into adjust voicemail greetings within the RingCentral Desktop or Web app, the user is given the option to "Record" only with seemingly no option to upload a pre-recorded file etc like they do within Service Web. Clicking on "Record" however does then pop-up a new window where you can record and upload, but is currently very confusing for users from a UI perspective and could be labelled clearer, i.e. "Record/Upload" or "Edit Voicemail Greeting".

  11. We are looking for a change log in RC. We are needing to see what was deleted or changed, etc. We are aware of the audit trail but we need a change log of any changes made on the account, for example, changes on extensions information or roles, along with anything deleted or modified in the logs.

  12. Add external call forwarding to custom rule at auto-receptionist. Currently, this is only available on a user level. It is a hassle to create 2 rules, one under auto receptionist and one under a user just to forward calls externally during holidays or specified days.

  20. There have been issues with the connectivity of AirPods with the RC app during the recent update. As advised, AirPods are not listed in the recommended headsets to be used with RC but will be highly appreciated if this can be optimized.
