Audit Trail should display the deleted number and site details, once users is deleted.
This will be quite helpful for restoring the users immediately.

I am a New Ring Central User - disappointed to see what looks like the last comment made by System was Sept. 2024 - has nothing progressed in a year??

My issue is I went to the audit trail after I went into every user (18) in my firm to update work hours and the audit trail reflects - I made changes to myself in everyone of them, instead of actually listing the user's name that I did in fact go in a make the changes to.

I was disappointed to be told by customer service, that I should go to the IDEAS PORTAL and Vote - vs Ring Centra actually taking this issue and fixing it. Afterall, an Audit trail is there to record correct information and create the proper trail of events. Itshould be a priority not an IDEA

The customer requests that specific business hours be displayed in the audit trail, both before and after any changes are made.

Customer is requesting to track all of the changes made on the admin portal as well as the RingCentral application.

For governance and security, we need to be able to use the Audit log to identify who and when a role (custom admin role in our case) was given access to another site, or access from removed from a site. This is not shown in the audit trail and creates a gap in our ability to manage and audit our security risks! We have over 150 sites to manage, so the audit trail for a site added to a users admin access is vital.

For bigger companies with multiple admins making changes it is important for accountability to trace as many moves / adds changes as possible. We would like to increase the maximum higher than the current 10,000 total records 

I'd like to get a more granular view of call handling and routing. That is, to know that call was received on main number, then user selected option 3 from IVR and was transferred to Billing IVR and then chose option 5 for Southeast Region, which simultaneously rang all three agents until Agent 1 picked up. I know most of this is available in the call log, but on rare occasions, I need to see exactly why a call was routed exactly as it was.

It would be beneficial to have an option to extend the audit trail search limit beyond 180 days, allowing access to a broader range of results.

Please come up with an Audit trail feature in RingCX similar to the one in EX.
This audit trail should be able to track account configuration changes along with the person who did.

I checked the RCX feature called "Audit log" but it seems to be a combination of system configuration changes mixed with voice and digital channel interactions. I think these voice and digital interactions should be completely separate from the audit trail and instead have a log of its own. Kind of like the call log feature in Ring EX.

So in other words 2 logs. One for account configuration changes and the other for communications (voice and digital)

Very important to monitor who is connected when you deploy new users. No method currently for end customer to monitor users connection during deployment.

We have a customer who is also seeking more information within the Audit trail regarding changes in Presence Sync statuses (MS Teams EA). Here is a JIRA ticket that unfortunately has no solution at the moment.
The customer is honestly hoping to see more details within the audit trail.

Additionlly being able to Filter specific users and save the report so you dont have to keep "re-buliding" the report each week or day.

Audit trail should have some more details. Currently, when an action, such as do not disturb is changed, it identifies the source as the user. It would be extremely helpful in diagnosing issues to have the source be the specific app/device of the user to properly identify the trigger.

For Example, if DND is set, I want to know if the DND was set on the phone, in the app, or via Teams Presence Sync. Currently I just know the user. This would also help address the concerns in idea 48034967

When looking at audit trail, we need to see more accurate posting for people setting to DND, locking the computer, logging out of queues etc. Currently the only entry is called "user set DND to Off" or "On

We are a company that makes many changes on the properties of the forwarding for our extension and it would be helpful if we can recall changes that is up to 1 year on the audit trail
