  2. The email under the user profile is only limited max of 64 characters in total that's why it stops at letter l as it is the 64th character on your email. I need to be able add this long string email so I can get the alerts notification send to that email.

  3. The bug that was found is that instead of ringing all the members of the Rollover Queue when the operator is busy, it rings the members of the Rollover Queue in sequential order until the Maximum caller wait time in queue limit is reached, then it transfers the call to the Rollover Queue.

  4. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

  5. In my specific role, I send a large number of texts every day that correlates to a set of contacts. Right now they just appear as an endless stream of texts. I would have the option to organize these into folders by date. This would allow me to easily access who I have reached out to and would let me organize them to easily access in the future. I believe having the option to organize contacts and texts and even calls into folders would be invaluable to all departments

  6. Allow the outbound caller ID drop-down to be sorted alphabetically. It is this way in the mobile app but not the desktop app.

  9. Even dispatchers need a lunch break.Currently if an extension is assigned to a Pickup Member for a call queue, notifications that a call is available to be picked up still occur when the ext is set to DND. There is no way to silence the notification in the RC App and the only solution offered is to log out.

Many of RC's processes, including re-assigning existing users to new phones, re-assigning existing phones to new users, moving numbers to inventory, adding a secondary digital line to an existing user, etc. are not intuitive and require a deep understanding of how your system behaves. This generic error message is useless and occurs frequently. If I can't complete a process because of some obscure reason, please indicate that in the error message so I don't have to spend 30 minutes with chat support.

  12. Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

  17. Monitoring Feature REQUEST
    When we used to have Vonage, when you monitored someone, your extension "sat" above the monitored extension, hearing every call that came in.

    Currently, RingCentral customers can only use the monitor button for one call. Also, the monitoring will not work unless the call is connected.

    My feature request includes monitoring an extension indefinitely, through all calls/call attempts, then the user doing the monitoring can back out of this mode by ending his/her call. Can this be done? This would be a HUGE help for training purposes. This allows the monitoring user to only enter monitoring mode…

  20. RingCentral would be able to sell more fax numbers by implementing this, because businesses would want a pool of phone numbers to send FROM. In our business (and I'm sure others), faxes often fail to send to the recipient (I think it's probably a bandwidth problem on the recipient side).Another possibility is that the businesses we're faxing (Credit Bureaus that want to work against us and our consumer clients) are blocking our phone numbers.Two Potential Implementations: 1.
