Until a couple of weeks ago, RingCentral had the ability to search for every time a word appears in an SMS conversation.For example, if I was texting Bob about pizza, I'd be able to see the messages containing "pizza" from yesterday, a week ago, and a month ago.This feature disappeared at some point in the last few weeks, and it's made SMS search pretty useless as a result.Now if I search for "pizza", it just returns the most recent time it was mentioned in my conversation with Bob.   5. Currently the new RC Video is not able to link to Microsoft on premise exchange / Outlook. The only options to link a calendar are Google or MS 365. I must say I understand the move off of the Zoom platform but to ask people to be moved off by March 8th 2021 and lose these necessary features makes it very difficult.Thank you in advance,Derek

  6. You should block reported user/s who perpetuated cybercrime using your flatform. There must be a way to flag and block the account if it is determined as fraudulent. I am in communication with one right now whom I verified as job recruiter scammer whose aim is obtain personal information and conduct a fraudulent bank transaction

  8. Currently, main line is being a default as outbound caller ID of newly created extension. It would be best if there will be an option in creating an extension to choose which caller ID to reflect.

  11. I have a bunch of contacts and it would be great if I could send specific texts to specific people all at once. Right now I have to add everyone individually. Ideally if there was an automation to select the groups and send out automate texts at specific intervals, it would take away all the manual work.

  12. All of our secure softwares ask us to enter a one-time-password (OTP) in order to gain secure access to the portals. As of yesterday, RingCentral stopped supporting the receipt of these text messages. It would be great to be able to receive these text messages so we can access our workplace sites.

  13. Here is an example; user is assigned a +66 number but cannot make call to local +66 number, unless "international dialing" is allowed in that role assigned to the user. If user is assigned a full DL, and an international number is attached to their DL, the role should allow them to call another international number within the same region because it would be considered local (domestic call) to them.   14. Adding a dropdown menu for the "department" section when adding a new user, is important for the organizing of groups. For example, if one were to mistype a department(when creating a new user), a new department will be created. If there was a drop down menu, one could easily select an already created department. Thus, allowing for less errors, or duplicate departments.

  17. Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

  19. We would like to be able to have the option to bypass the announcement for the rollover queue extension. The queue that is being used as the rollover, is a regular queue, and it should have the announcement, however, when the roll over is activated from the main queue the announcement for the second queue is played when the rollover occurs.
