  1. Clinics as well as other verticles are requesting more inbound texting capabilities to Groups of users. We have done a few work arounds using the Company SMS Text Setting to a Virtual Extenson with a common login for all users, This requires them to run either two RC Apps at the same time or use the RC App as their primary end-point and then use WebRTC as an example for their secondary External Inbound/Outbound Group Texting. In this case, the clinic uses texting for patient scheduling. This is replacing OhMD for this particlular clinic.

  4. RingCentral accounts are either charged monthly thru the credit card or invoice. Some contract allows for an annual or 2 years charge but nothing beyond or in between. Some people would just like to pay in advance less or more than the options available today.Example: pay 6 months or 18 months in advance after the next billing date.Would be better if RingCentral is flexible with the payment terms.

  6. Due to high pfishing and maliscious attacks with email, we would like to be able to receive MFA authentication via SMA/Text messaging like other major apps. It is much faster, and easier to accomodate if you are already on a phone call, or dont have access to email at the moment. For desktop and Chrome app please. Or Mobile if applies.

  7. The customer service quality is awful and a waste of the customer's time. I'm not sure if it's a lack of training, the representatives are not trained enough on how the platform works or have hard time understand language. It could be a language barrier. Either way, it makes the situation hard in attempt to solve the problem because being on the phone is hard enough. It sounds like they outsource their customer service to other countries without the proper training to provide them, Either way, it is frustrating attempting to get a hold of Ringcentral.   9. I would love it if I could receive toast banner notifications alerting me to new incoming message(s) (eg. direct, minitalk, or messages posted to a team). Currently it appears I can only get sound notifications, emails that show up at a 15 minute increment or a getting the Icon to bounce. I currently have my icon set to bounce once. Often times I miss that clue if I turn my head away too long from my screen.   13. We are allowed to set and change only the company caller ID, but we have different local numbers for different departments, so we want to set different caller IDs for each local number.

  14. Yealink has a new series of DECT headsets, with a LCD screen control interface, great microphone noise processing technology, and overall an amazing product. They are designed for mobile+softphone. https://www.yealink.com/product/headset-wh66Unfortunately, Ringcentral only supports Jabra/Poly headsets. I much prefer this product over what Jabra / Poly are producing. Given Ringcentral already supports many Yealink products, I would encourage you to include this headset, it's a winner.Lawrence

  16. It would be helpful if I was able to create folders on the fax tab to separate faxes by day month and even year as well as importance of the received fax. This will be helpful in terms of not deleting previous faxes that have been received and not printing out the faxes as we are trying to be paperless.

  17. A feature that allows caller's encountering Ring Central voicemail to hit zero to be transferred to an internal extension or an outside number configured by the extension owner. A sample voicemail greeting would be: "Hello, this is Josh, I am away from my desk right now but if you have an emergency you may dial zero to reach me on my cell phone or you can leave a message after the beep and I will return your call".

If a call is forwarded to another extension from the an extension it would be nice to modify the incoming CID on the destination phone.Example:Call comes into extension 150.Extension 150 is set to forward to 170 if 150 doesn't answer.On extension 170 we would like to have the CID modified similar to what is done in Call Queues to indicate call came from another source and not their DID.-Mitch
