  1. Call queues were removed from the download user list file in the admin portal. It made documenting the list of Users much easier if it included the call queue's they were assigned to

  2. We have a few Limited Extensions that we would like to deny outside dialing on, but have no way to restrict them to dialing just in-house extensions. It would be great if we could assign a custom role to Limited Extensions.

  3. For financial companies, this is an important security enhancement. You can apply a template to turn these features off today, but users are able to turn them back on. If you restrict access to these features, it also restricts users access to basic end user voice mail features.

  5. For larger organizations, it is impossible to remember everyone's extension. For transferring calls, we can simply press the button for the user we wish to transfer the call to, and with presence it will blind transfer to that user. This way we only need the name of who we are transferring to, not the extension.However, with intercom we must know the extension. That is impossible if you have more than a few extensions. Please add the ability to simply press the intercom button, then the presence button for the user we wish to intercom and make that work. Intercom is…

  6. I would like to see the Calendar removed from Workspace area and available as a direct menu option on the left within the desktop app. There is plenty of room for added menu items on the left and this would benefit people that use the calendar frequently. thanks

  7. Currently on the Ringcentral App, you can only see a listing of all voicemails that have been received in your Ringcentral App but it does not show you the total number of voicemails. Given that the cap on the maximum amount of voicemails one can have is 200, it would be helpful to see at a glance, the total number of voicemails one has at all times.

  9. Currently we are unable to pasus or mute recording in a call acceptted via call queue if we have automatic recording turned on.Please implement this feature as this will be a breach of Australian regulations.

  12. Often, calls which don't leave a voicemail message result in 1-3 minutes of an empty, "dead air" message. This uses up incoming toll-free minutes for no benefit. RC should detect there is no message being left and drop the call after 15-20 seconds.

  13. One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

  14. there are times the alert will appear multiple times a day when pressing the dial pad causing it to appear multiple times annoying the user specially if they are supposed to make Outbound Calls Multiple times a day

  17. Customers receive email notifications from RingCentral requesting that Users change their Passwords, PINs and Security Questions. Unfortunately, there is not currently a method where Super Admins (or similar) can force these Password, PIN and Security Question "resets" upon their Users.

  19. I would like to see the Time Zone for the out-bound call I am making. The person is not in my contacts. Please consider implementing a Time Zone feature that includes the Time Zone (with Time) popping up on the dialer, for the prefix or area code entered before entering the rest of the phone number. This would really be a big assist to our company. Thank you in advance.
