Add "Away" Status
There's the 3 default status - Available, DND, Invisible, but would be nice to have maybe a yellow "away" status. So you know that person is working but maybe just went on lunch or break and will be back soon, as opposed to being off for the day/on PTO.

Allow changing the inter digit timer on desk phone
There is a default value called the Inter Digit Timer on a J139 desk phone. This timer controls the amount of time you can pause while entering a number on the phone before the phone dials the number you've entered. I don't know if it also exists on other phones, but I would guess that it does. The value of the inter digit timer is 3 seconds and apparently cannot be changed. Add profile feature for Video & Audio Settings
Selecting a custom named profile would establish video & audio settings. i.e. an "Office" profile would establish different video & audio settings than a "Home" profile. For those that have desks at both home and office - it would simplify the user interface.

Page to Hot Desk Phones
Use Case: Our office works in shifts and use desk phones at each station. The phones are assigned to desks and the employees log into the phone during their shift. We would like to be about to page to the office, regardless if someone is logged into the device. Hot Desk phones are not listed as an option for a DEVICE to receive a page.

Record/Archive All SMS Messages
From a quality and company security purpose, it would be wonderful if Admins were able to record all sms messages sent and received from all company extensions. At least access an archive database of the sms sent and received.

Add capacity to have no numbers/people selected on the left side
There is no way to have no number/person selected on the left side of the text screen. If the highlighted person send a new text, it automatically shows as read, so can be easily missed. Please add a way to have nobody selected so texts aren't missed due to this design flaw.

Update Bulk Upload Confirmation Spreadsheet to show Sucesses
When you do updates or new uploads via the bulk upload tool, it send an email afterwards to confirm success. The attached template does not show you what was updated or changed. It only tells you which one fails. We would like it to tell us both.

Conference Call: Drop/Remove individuals during call
The ability to remove/drop individuals from a conference call instead of having to end the call for everyone and then call back the remaining individuals.

RingCentral App Messages - Pop Up
To avoid missed messages, we would like to create a Group called “Importance Announcements”. Only Supervisors/Managers can add messages to this group. However, for this group only, once a message has been sent it automatically generates a pop-up big enough that it covers 2/3 of the screen. In order to close the pop up the message needs to “x” out. However, this pop-up only opens when the agent is next in ACW. (this way the pt. isn’t inconvenienced). Please advise if this is possible.

Please stop this ... while using the app, during an active call, incoming calls silence the current call
While in the RingCentral Desktop app, and while in the RingCentral Android app, it is impossible to stop an incoming call from silencing the current call. It's very frustrating to be on a call and have the incoming call stop the current call. The caller on the first call is always perplexed why they cannot hear me for a minute and it severely hobbles business calls.

One-tap join for conference from the RC MVP App
link to join a conference from laptop, and got an error that said "One-tap join is currently unavailable on this device. Please refer to the conference invitation to join.But she was able to log in via the app on the cell phone.

Creating user group per Site Location
Customer Is looking for option to only have User Group base from the Site Location created and the members that they are assigned. Currently "User Group" option does not indicate per Site Location. Customer would like only user to see "User Group" are created to their site location as per more user are working remotely.
