  1. Could we please add a notification whenever a blocked number is being added. This would allow our admins to review numbers that are blocked since there is a chance that it could be done accidentally.

  3. The Ringcentral desktop app is becoming cluttered and hard to use. We use it almost exclusively as a phone app and are happy with that. How do I remove features that are pretty much worthless to us, like the Resource Center? Is there any chance that you will make a way to deemphasize feature that are never or rarely used?

  4. we have multiple office locations. 2 of us have multiple extensions. we need to be able to assign the same work email address to both extensions. Now we are having to use personal email addresses to make ringcentral work. This is no longer convenient for us. we need to be able to assign the same email address to multiple extensions. it is not convenient to move the phones as frequently as we move back and forth between locations.

  5. I handle more than one business on RC. I currently have multiple numbers set up with different greetings for each number (under custom rules), that reflects the business they are calling. These numbers all ring to my cell but when I pick up I have no clue how to answer the phone. Yes, I can hear it's coming from RC, but I do not have the option to set up separate name announcements to tell me which line is being used, to answer appropriately.

  6. In a queue, it detects that member as busy when engaged on a call. This doesn't enable them to receive call, unlike in call forwarding that has the ability to receive calls in all platform

  13. Callback prompt feature that alerts a user on the phone to call back, so when they get off the phone, they would have a blinking light and could pick up and call back the person who left you the call back prompt.

  14. Hi Team,Recently, Julian was unable to log in to the AT&T Office@Hand Service web, service-officeathand.att.com. Troubleshooting was done and it was found that there is/are extensions preventing him from logging in.He would like to add a notification on the log in page that shows if a browser extension or pop blocker is restricting his log in attempts, in that way he would immediately know what is stopping him to do so, therefore he will know what to do on his end

  15. This is regarding the RingCentral MVP app and the cell phone apps and their functionality for forwarding calls. As confirmed by two of your support reps and a support supervisor, the call forwarding from another forwarded call ( Ring in Order ) does not actually work, even from an admin setting. There is a completely different app available ( although it doesn't have all the functionality of the MVP app ) where this function does work.   18. Allow the user the ability to mute or change the volume for RC App, whilst in a RCV meeting so that the notification sound does not disturb the meeting. Similar to auto Do Not Disturb when screen sharing in a meeting, but not complete DND, only allow the volume or type to be changed when not screen sharing
