  3. our account manager provides us with a graph that shows Toll-Free vs Local calls, this is very helpful information. It would be nice to have this accessible at the customer level, it would allow for quicker access so that we do not have to wait for a reply from the account team.

  4. We are using an exchange outlook web app that looks like everyone else, but it is private to our server and does not go thru MS365. I need to integrate the ring central scheduler on that platform now that RCM is retiring

There was an upgrade made by Ring Central and now the Ring Central mobile app has an issue because the operating system on her iphone (which is newer) isn't interfacing with the Ring Central app anymore. What this means is the voice-over feature isn't highlighting where the cursor is on the app anymore so my co worker can't use her mobile phone to receive or send calls through Ring Central anymore. This feature was working before the update was made and now the app is not accessible.

  7. Can we have the option to set up a user without a license or digital line to be able to monitor calls? The user does not need to make and receive calls. The sole purpose is to just monitor calls of other users.

  8. This would be very useful to any place that has a group of people to answer phones. For example we have 5 people that can answer anytime someone calls our office. 2 of those people only do it if others are gone from work, so it would be nice for it to not ring their phones unless they are filling in for the others. I was thinking maybe there would be a way to create a button or something to where they could mute/hop out of the call group so they dont have to hear their phones ringing all day.…

  9. Please add the Conversation Stream feature from the "classic" ring central app into the new ring central app so that all of your team and direct messages are sorted in 1 list (instead of being separated into a list of direct messages and a list of teams)

  10. For example, if I'm in a meeting, I would still like to be notified of an incoming call, I just don't want to hear the audio ring. Some people if they're in a meeting or another call want to automatically send the call to voicemail. Having customization options like these helps users manage their workflow the way they want. This is especially helpful for users like managers who are in a lot of meetings and get a lot of calls. Ideally these settings would be either in the RC app or in the online account.

  12. Please start supporting the latest version firmware for the Cisco 8861 phones. Besides improving call quality with headsets, and features, it corrects many security vulnerabilities. The only officially version that RC supports (11.1) is riddled with security vulnerabilities. Cisco recommends to upgrade to 11.3.x to mitigate these security risks. Also, Version 11.1 cannot be managed by modern browsers any longer, now that it is approximately 4 years old.

  13. There is no easy way to get a voicemail to a coworker without downloading and sending. Because our email is cloud based we have no access to audio from our email.

  14. We have new Yealink T57W Prime Business Phoneand we cannot make them display that there are new messages waiting. Ideally I would like to have displayed how many new messages are left in the voicemail and how many messages have been checked/heard. Can anyone suggest a solution?

  17. At the moment only the main fax sender/recipient will display the company fax number on outgoing fax messages. For every other user that sends a fax, the main phone number will be displayed instead of a fax number.This is an essential feature for companies with multiple fax users, especially where a fax response is needed.

With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

  20. Hi, Please allow Admins to upload a Custom Cover Page on behalf of users and not limit it via the RingCentral Phone app. It will be great if there is an added functionality in the online portal where we could upload the cover page directly.
