To facilitate the use and administration of voice guides, it would be useful to be able to manage the loading, downloading and allocation of messages to different objects from a specific interface. This would enable messages to be updated en masse when there is a change in customer brand or a marketing campaign to be carried out.

Hotdesk Login Without Loggin In on RC App
Users should be able to login on any hotdesk phone without singing in to their ringcentral account/app even if they have an assigned deskphone on their user extensions.

Allow multiple participants in conference call using Mitel phone
With MITEL, was able to do conference call with multiple people that allows more than 3 participants. When switched to RingCentral, can only do up to 3 people including the initiator. With RingCentral, call the first person, hit conference button, dial the second person, then hit the conference button again to join. Then, after this conference button disappears and there is even no option to add more person in the call.

Name Recording in Directory
Where would an end user go to audibly record their name for use in the system directory. I can find a setting for this within service.ringcentral.com, but cannot at app.ringcentral.com. It is my assumption that we want the end user going to app.ringcentral.com rather than service.ringcentral.com. It seems counter-intuitive to direct them to another site for this setting.

Adding speed dial on presence without the system adding 1 or 0 to the number. When adding a number to the presence, it automatically adds 1 (US) or 0 (UK), need a feature where it doesn't automatically adjust the number.

Is there any way to disable the display of External Shared Contacts directory contacts to a group of users ?
I currently use the external shared contacts of Google (it a check box to enble) but the sync has troubles (+20k contacts). I would like to use the External Shared Contacts directory from ringCentral Directory integration but not all of our users need it.6 votes -
Sync changes on the Admin portal users list to the created Business Analytics Report.
Whenever they are making changes to the users list department on the admin portal it doesn't sync the changes to the business analytics report.
Customers need to re-create the reports to be updated.

Details : at the moment when the calls are set up to loop between 2 call queues when it reaches a certain amount of times routed on the same queue it announces a error message then disconnects the call instead of continuing to loop the call between the call queues
Current behavior : when callers loop back multiple times on a call queue it announces a error message then disconnects the call

Poly Lens Integration with RingCentral
Poly Lens is a great management tool developed by Poly (now HP) to allow administrators to push policies and custom configuration down to Poly handsets. They have some integrations already with Microsoft and Zoom. It would be fantastic to have RingCentral work with them to have RC added to their integrations list, allowing the phones to be provisioned to RingCentral but configuration managed by Poly Lens.

Block External Calls, Allow Internal Calls in bulk option for numbers instead of manually
We have a single user that is getting hit with a ton of spam calls. We've tried to block robocalls, calls from pay phones, and calls without a caller ID. They added their number to the Do Not Call list, but are still getting too many calls. They would like to block all external calls, but allow any internal calls. The Habegger account has hundreds of numbers. I'm looking for a way to accomplish this without manually adding numbers to a trusted list. Is this possible?
