  2. We have a single user that is getting hit with a ton of spam calls. We've tried to block robocalls, calls from pay phones, and calls without a caller ID. They added their number to the Do Not Call list, but are still getting too many calls. They would like to block all external calls, but allow any internal calls. The Habegger account has hundreds of numbers. I'm looking for a way to accomplish this without manually adding numbers to a trusted list. Is this possible?

  6. As an ADMIN, I need to set up Message Only Extensions (like there is a bad weather event) and I may not be able to record a greeting if it is noisy.

    Please replicate your existing "Text To Speech" system to allow us to have TTS for message only extensions.

  8. The customer would like the ability to customize the file labels for backup data (Call Recordings). In addition to the current details such as "From," "To," and "Date," they want the option to include a timestamp. This would make it easier to identify specific calls or files."

  9. Currently, when creating a new user and inputting the Emergency Response Location (ERL), the system automatically assigns the ERL as a company ERL. This can result in the company ERL list being flooded with individual users' locations, making it difficult to manage. We propose adding an option during the initial setup to distinguish between "Personal" and "Company" ERL.

  10. When you are logged into the Admin Portal. Click users, then see the new " Templates Applied to this user " Tab. This will give you the ability to add and delete templates and have a very quick representation to see what Templates are applied to that specific user and add or delete if necessary.

  11. Give the user on an Iphone the ability to make Ring Central as their default dialer when clicking a phone number in a different App. When a user clicks a phone number on Google, Or in our case we have a dispatching application application the user can click the customers phone number We would like this to dial out using RingCentral instead of the iPhone so our business phone number shows up rather than the technician's phone number.

    Currently the work around is copy the phone number and past it into the RingCentral dial pad but would be much nicer…

  17. The feature of making a reminder for a chat message is great. It's better than how I used to do it before by marking a chat as unread. However, I do not pay much attention to the Reminders tab icon with the orange dot. It is not that noticeable. I would like Reminders to remind me in a more active way like the notification to join an RCV meeting that is about to start. And I also wish for it to have an option to either dismiss or snooze the notification just like the Outlook calendar event notification. I hope…

  19. The customer would like not to put the current call on hold while there is a second incoming call via the mobile app. They would like to still hear the current call to inform them of the second incoming call before getting put on hold. This occurs on the mobile app via iOS.

  20. Hello Angela I need to set a custom recording to notify callers that the call is being recorded in both French and English depending on the caller's language choice. I have purchased a phone number to link it to the English menu but it doesn't give me the option of the call recording except for the main site
