  3. After creating and activating a Custom Rule there should be an indication that a Custom Rule is active on this call queue or site without opening up the all the Custom Rules.

  5. Message only extension capability to have Email-to-Fax and
    Fax transmission Result notification

    Current behavior: Message only extension does not have email-to-fax since it is designed for inbound, therefore fax transmission result is not also available.

    Desired behavior:
    1. To be able allow message only extension to add email to send email-to-fax
    2. To be able to include feature of Fax transmission result notification in message only extension.

    Reason of request:
    - cx needs faxes consolidated into message only extension (instead of adding a user extension)
    - cx wanted to send fax (outbound) using message only extension

  6. Currently, call pick up is not available for Cisco phones. Just like other phones, its also important to have a call pick up so whenever the phone ring, we will be able to answer the call using other phones without going to the location of the phone.

  9. The way that link can be copied on the web app via URL portion, there should also be an additional copy recording link on the RC Desktop app, making it shareable across the account users with permission to access it.

  10. I suggest adding a pause or mute feature to the automatic call recording system. This would allow users to temporarily disable recording during sensitive or confidential discussions, ensuring that important details are not captured.   13. The current Directory Assistance feature provides support for primary and secondary addressing but lacks the capability to manage tertiary addressing. This limitation can hinder users who require comprehensive directory support for complex organizational structures or specific routing needs.

    Users are unable to effectively navigate and retrieve information from the directory when tertiary addressing is needed. This leads to inefficiencies and can impact overall user satisfaction, particularly in environments where multi-tiered addressing is common.

  14. Our faxes come to the OSCAR EMR inbox but also stay in the Ringcentral app and my staff have to clear them manually is there a setting so when they get uploaded to our OSCAR EMR those get deleted (except that did not go through)from the ringcentral app (that was the case with SrFax)

  15. We have a client who recently switched from Comcast Business Voice Edge to RingCentral, we are helping them with the deployment. They had Polycom VVX 450 phones before, and they have Yealink T46S phones now. The feature they had before, that they are looking for parity on is with regards to the call queue. With Comcast, they were able to see the phone number of the NEXT caller waiting in the queue, and are wondering if it is something RingCentral could implement.

  18. I want to request the ability to have a call queue that allows for a "simultaneous" ring style, with the option to include an overflow system. Overflow members can only be added if the routing method is set to "Fixed" or "Longest Idle." This limitation challenges our organization, forcing us to use routing methods unsuited to our needs.

    It would be highly beneficial if all primary members in a call queue could have their phones ring simultaneously, and in the event none of them answer, the call could then be routed to the overflow queue. The fixed order routing method…

  20. Allow administrators to lock users' emergency response locations. To prevent user’s from accidentally selecting the wrong address. We won’t know that a user has selected an incorrect Emergency Response Location until we receive an alert that a user has called 911 and an incorrect location has been provided to Emergency Services.
