Include in text email notifications what phone # the inbound text was sent to
It would be helpful if the phone # an incoming text was sent to were to be provided in the text email notifications. When an extension has multiple phone #'s assigned to it or if the inbound text happened to be directed to a Company phone # (or site) not on a user or message-only extension, there is no way to know what # the sender used, other than trying to figure it out through the company SMS/MMS log/report.

Include the recipient Phone # a text is sent to in the text message email notifications
Currently the email notification template for received text messages only includes a label in the "TO" field of the email body and not the actual phone # the text message was sent to.
It would be helpful if the phone # the text was sent to was also provided, especially when an extension has multiple phone #'s assigned to it or if the text happened to be directed to a Company phone # (or site) that is not on a user or message-only extension.

Cisco 8851 - Transfer
The customer mentioned that when they were previously using Cisco (non-multiplatform firmware) with the same phone model (Cisco 8851), they were able to transfer calls without a white screen appearing. They could simply select the contact name they wanted to transfer the call to. However, now that they’re using the same phone model with RingCentral, they experience a white screen during the transfer process, which makes it more difficult to select a contact easily.

UK Non-Geo Numbers as Substitute Caller ID
It would be helpful to allow non-geographic numbers to be used as substitute caller IDs, especially for BT accounts. This would give users more flexibility and better support different business needs.

Call Queue Groups in a Fixed Order
Call Queues should have the ability to ring groups of users in a fixed order.
For instance, a call comes in for a Call Queue. I'd like the two office coordinators to be offered the call then if unanswered the call is offered to the two assistant directors then if unanswered it offers the call to the director.
This can be done by using multiple Call Queues but then it makes it a nightmare to manage the voicemail greetings, schedule, managers, voicemail recipient's on multiple Call Queues when in the proposed scenario it would just be one place to adjust…

Add an option for the Recurring Meeting on the new Simplified RingCentral Video experience
On this rollout for selected customers, the Recurring Meeting option is no longer an option. Our customers need this option to be added again so that they will no longer need to perform additional steps just to set up this feature.

Mobile browser support for RCV
At the moment, when we tested it, it isn't working at all on Chrome. When we tried using Safari for IOS, we found out that it isnt consistent, sometimes it would let us use Safari and sometimes it would require us to download the app.

Allow us to add a photo with each contact
I have hundreds of clients, some whom I've only met once or only online. It would be nice to be able to add a photo to their contact card so when I see them in public I can put a name to a face.

Support for Multiple Line Appearances on Desk Phones
Customer is using a Cisco 8851 that was manually provisioned, and is requesting the ability to configure multiple line appearances to allow the receptionist to handle multiple incoming calls simultaneously. Disable call queue calls on softphone only
I want my physical phone to receive all the call queues I'm apart of. However, my softphone on my cell phone I want the option to only receive direct calls to my extension and not the call queues I'm apart of. Reason being when I walk away from my office I don't want to get all those call queue calls but I still want to receive direct calls.
