  1. In the RC fax portion of the app, there needs to be a "save as" button like there was in the old RC Phone app. As it stands now, I have to go through/click 5 or 6 steps just to name and save a fax to the downloads or desktop?

  2. Please allow the users to be able to reorder the attachments placed on the Ring Central Desktop app. The RC Phone app had this feature; however, the RC Desktop app does not allow the convenience of reordering attachments.

  3. When on websites and come across a number that has letters in it. When I highligt the number and press F6 I get a message that the number is invalid. It would be helpful if RingCentral could convert the letters into numbers so that I can use this feature on those phone number instead of having to look at my phone and translate the letters to numbers my self.

After testing the new changes from roles section, it has restrictions where we cannot disable the option for users to accept queue calls for customized roles, it's grayed out due to some settings may need to this feature turned on. Would be better if it allows admins to make it configurable to all predefined roles without any restrictions.

  10. It would be very helpful if Ring Central offered online document editing, similar to Microsoft Teams. Currently, my team is able to share files within Ring Central but must download, change and re-upload. We can't work on documents simultaneously and see changes immediately. I've like to see online file sharing as an included Ring Central feature.

    Specific user is receiving unwanted text messages we highly suggest for the system to filter the SMS received for unwanted SMS and automatically block them in RingCentral phone numbers.

  15. customer would like to have A global admin-level override to push changes from one user setting to another automatically.

  16. While I am reading someone's message your system does not make a sound notification that someone else has sent me a message for a new message. In this case, I never get notified by a sound to alert me that I have a new message. This should be a basic standard to make a sound whenever a new message is sent as a notification.
