  1. Other providers like Intermedia allow their users to have Ext. 112. Since this is not an emergency number for North America and Canada, customers should be allowed to use this number within the said territories.

  2. First, this is extremely basic functionality, I was disappointed as I was expecting significantly more. The term "AI Receptionist" implies a lot more than what the product seems to deliver. I was hoping this could replace an out-sourced receptionist service. It can't. The most important reason for a receptionist is to screen calls. This doesn't seem to do that. It routes calls. There is a huge difference.

    Second, although I was able to add documents to the knowledge hub, they don't really seem to actually be used in any meaningful way. It is disconnected from everything else. I can ask…

  4. Submitting this on behalf of a customer.

    They’re trying to forward calls to an external vendor line that requires navigating an IVR (like entering an extension). On their mobile phones, they can use pause dialing with commas — for example: 18007370045,7,2509. That way, the call connects, waits briefly, and then automatically sends the extension or DTMF input.

    They tried using that same format in RingCentral call forwarding settings, but it gets flagged as an invalid number.

    Feature request: Add support for comma-style pause dialing (or something similar) in forwarding rules and contacts.

    Feature Request:
    Ability to delete blocked numbers in bulk

    Current Behavior:
    User can only delete blocked numbers one by one

    Expected Behavior:
    Have an option to select numbers in bulk to delete blocked numbers

    Users > Users with Extension > Select Ext > Phone > Blocked Numbers > Block numbers or area codes

  9. It would be great if I could log in on my other extension on my RingCentral App but by just clicking change extension on my profile and having the options there without needing to log out on the app and logging in with a different extension's credential

While we understand that current limitations are influenced by underlying carrier policies and industry norms, we believe that RingCentral is in a strong position to pioneer a change that would benefit a wide range of customers who rely on longer-form SMS for essential communication.

  15. Currently all "User settings templates" can be sort by name, created date.. which requires to have a naming convention to find the good templates.

    Is it possible to be able the classify the user template under folders and subfolders.
    For example if I have several user settings template to manage all bank holiday then I can put all of them in the same subfolder.

    It will be much easier to manager the templates like that.

    Requesting an enhancement to allow more flexible call forwarding behavior when one or more extensions in the forwarding list are set to Do Not Disturb (DND). Currently, if any of the extensions in the forwarding list are on DND, the call may be routed directly to voicemail, impacting the ability of other available users to receive the call.
