Generate unique passcode via API
There should be an API call to allow a unique code to be generated in RingCentral that can be displayed on our website to certain logged in customers. When a customer calls our phone number and selects a certain extension, this code will be required as a password. The code should be viable for, say 5 mins.

Pin Team/Group Chat
I have hundreds of team/group chats, and every day, many of them will have new messages. even though we have UnRead filter for chats, when I read the message and navigate to another chat, the previous one will be gone. It is not easy for me to navigate around those chats I'm focusing on.
So my idea is, can we provide a Pin feature to the chats as well? So even if I filter only to show UnRead message chats, I can still see the chats I focus on when I read the message.

Change phone queue to match number inventory options
I used to change numbers in queues by adding the new number and removing the old one or remove the old one and then add the new one. Something changed to when you delete the number from the queue, it removes it from the inventory and has no choice of keeping it as I was told by support. Can this please be fixed where it doesn't delete the number from the inventory or have a prompt or option that clearly states to keep the number or not to keep the number.

I want "None" as option under Cover page drop down in Admin portal Login.
As Ring Central states, "It does not have to be used if not needed" regarding the cover page selection, but there is no option to select "None" in the cover page selection dropdown.
Please add a "None" option under the cover page selection and develop this request as soon as possible, as it would be very helpful for many customers.3 votes -

SMS Recipient Removal in Call Queues
As an admin, I cannot remove an SMS Recipient once added to a Call Queue. My only options are to just disable notifications, or to totally delete the Call Queue and recreate it. Need a "Delete" option for SMS Recipients on Call Queues.

Allow a "per line" option when adding details via the Contacts "notes" field
Our customer wants to be able to include via the "notes" field : the person's name , extension and email within their business contacts
When adding contacts via RC app , on the notes field of edit contact they want to be able to save the details like this example below:

The cover page generated by RC contains crucial transmission details and needs to be received by the sender as an option.
The cover page generated by RingCentral contains crucial transmission details (sender info, recipient info, date/time, subject, number of pages) that aren't always fully replicated in the same format on the basic status confirmation report. The users want proof of what was sent, including the RingCentral's generated cover-page details. We currently receive fax status confirmation through email, would it be possible to include the server's generated cover page along with the transmission confirmation status report from our sent faxes?
