  1. Current Behavior: When Ring my phone when any user I am monitoring rings is selected, all phone models will have audible and visual call notifications (ring) with group pickup call information. It Only ring once.It will be a better idea to have option to set how many rings/minutes it will ring the extensions.

  2. I use RingCentral in a variety of ways. Sometimes I use it for meetings where I use my PC Speakers and Camera and Microphone. Other times I am making pure calls, where I use a typical Bluetooth headset with the PC. Switching back and forth between these settings is awkward. I would like a feature that simply lets me group my desired audio devices together and assign a "Group Name" to them. For example: "Camera & Speakers" would set my system to the camera, microphone on camera and speakers. A 2nd group would be simpy "Headset" that would change the…

  3. With the current design flow for Glip presence, the DND status on RingCentral application will not change even after an admin toggle the user's DND status off in admin portal. This confuses our customers and administrators as they already have the impression that that user should show Available status, instead of getting stuck to DND. It would be a big help if the RingCentral App changes from DND mode to Available after an admin turns off DND from admin portal.

Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!

  5. Showing all calls that we put a "contact" info in by "First" name is not appropriate for a business. The way around it I have to put the company name in the "First" name contact box. That is counter productive. This is a business telephone platform not for a kids. At least you could let the user setup how to list the contact info - company name, last name, first name, etc. on the call log screen

  8. It would be nice to have a button to send a message to a number that leaves a voicemail, unless it's a landline. Then instead of having to copy and paste the number, go to the text portal, start a new conversion, and paste the number, it's one button that lets you initiate a text thread with that number.

    • This super admin is expecting RingCentral that since it has the Blocking of Caller ID Phone Numbers, it should also have the option to have the Do Not Call list, as well, just like the other phone providers.

  10. In the past when we deleted a user, the number would go back to unassigned extensions, now it goes to number inventory. It's more efficient, because all the numbers unassigned ext would forward to our main number. With Number inventory you have to manually assign each number to a temporary (dummy) extension and forward.The old way IMO worked better with numbers going to unassigned ext after being removed from a user.

  11. We can search contacts by name or Extension but have multiple locations and it would be nice if we can search by office. For instance, I would like to see all the staff and their availability in Office A. It is a field that is filled out for each user profile so it should be searchable.

  12. Admin should be able to define a list of subdomains and domains for which links will never show link previews. For example, suppose an organization often shares links to another app's pages where their staff has to be logged in. I would suggest this is true for most of your clients. In the current paradigm, the "Please Log In" preview is shown every time these links are shared and the preview is not useful at all. Sometimes we share 10+ such links.   15. I need a way from the ringcentral admin portal to set phone settings. I want to be able to set a default ringer volume and call volume. The other option to to set screen time. I have 56 phones in a school and after a period of time they go black and people think they are not working. I want the screen on all the time.

  16. Ring Central documentation states that it supports Yealink T58W phones. Unable to provision phone from portal, had to log a support case. Also, unable to add expansion model "exp50" at all, even though you can on lower models in the portal.
