  4. For users who deal with a lot of phone menus it would be very nice to either have an option to default to number pad when calling or have a keyboard shortcut.

  6. It would be awesome to process payment on a call. Once the client calls he can be transferred to a secure line where he will be asked to introduce the card information, once the payment is processed, the client can be rejoin the call with the agent.I'm currently using CardConnect, and Stripe is another good option to integrate with.Authorize.net should be considered as well.

  11. This is beneficial for the user's that has the not supported device under the Apply Key Template list. This will also also the admin to simplify the adding of the user's in the presence and don't need to apply it one by one.

  13. I bought a phone system with local voicemail capabilities. I want all voicemails to go through the phones in the office, rather than through spectrum. Is there any way to set this up and disable voicemail but allow it to go through the system in my office?

  19. I would like to see reporting with calls that are connected but a way to determine they spoke with a customer, not just call connected, that could just be it went to voicemail. It is better recorded keeping and holding employees accountable for the length of conversations.
