Flexible Caller ID Assignment for Outbound Fax Number by Site
The scenario is that a "site" has a physical fax machine with an attached Cisco ATA. Standard inbound and outbound faxing from the device works as expected. We would like to designate that fax machine as the main "fax number" for that specific site, so that the associated users in that site can also be assigned that phone number as their OUTBOUND fax number. A more visible identifier for Call Park Locations on Desk phones
After a firmware update, the identifier/icon for Park locations on the Polycom's phone display got smaller and it's kind of a downgrade as we were able to easily identify if a park location is available or busy.
We have visually impaired employees and it's really hard for them to see this.

Redirect call to main number
We have setup a forwarding in our account from our main number to call queue we setup our call queue that if its not answered it will forward to an IVR menu where the caller can select which voicemail they will leave their message however upon setting up redirect call from user extension its looping back to the main number, we have consulted ringcentral support and we informed that there will be a conflict on this setup and we will need to choose 1 feature to be enabled We need our callers to be forwarded to the main number when…

Be able to track calls in RC and Salesforce when making a call from personal cell phone
Being able to have an employee make calls from their personal cell phone and have the data tracked in RC and in Salesforce to use show up on the analytical reports (For Sales People). An option for them to be able to turn it on/off at any given moment. Or being able to link their cell number with RC to dial out between a certain time frame that will be tracked for the reports in RC and Salesforce.

Option to view users schedule phone time in the RC app

transfer to voicemail on cisco cp8851
Transfer a caller from a desk phone to another extensions voicemail. This can be done on the RC app but we need the feature to be on the desk phone.
