Add call in Queue feature
When our front desk staff are unavailable, out of the office or all on the phone, new calls are put in queue. A feature allowing us to see calls in queue would be helpful allowing us to put additional staff on phones if necessary. Otherwise we have no idea how many calls are in queue.

Co-Recipient to Faxes
You give the ability to add co-recipients to Voicemail box however not to Faxes, yet you have a place to add the co-recipient which is deceiving. We should have the basic ability to add all our users to be able to see the Fax extension and get notifications via email

Auto-removal from Queue if call is missed (user forgot to log out of queue while away).
Our old phone system would remove user from queue if they missed a call completely while available. This is helpful when users forget to remove themselves from the queue while away on break or end of shift. Now we have to monitor this and have an admin user remove them. Not as convenient, and causes delays for callers.

A feature for automatically changing the User's call queue status during After Hours
To avoid call handling members having rejected calls due to staying in the queue accidently overnight, an automation which kicks everyone out until next start of business.

Assign multiple lines to one phone
RC should allow for assigning multiple lines to one phone. If there is one assistant, and they are working for multiple people, the assistant should be able to tell what calls were missed by what person. This is currently not possible. This feature would lead to a great improvement in business environments where the secretary needs to monitor multiple lines. Currently we can only forward lines from the bosses to the secretary, but this doesn't solve the issue. Neither does the Presence feature.

Allow Admin to Change Website/Location & other information in Glip Profile of End User
I would like to have the ability, as an admin, to change User Details within end Users' Glip App. Currently, there is no way to edit Location/Website and other details within an End Users RC Application. I can edit details in Admin Portal > Users with Extensions > User Details, however different fields are available for edit within the App profile. (see attachment) Use Case: Employee changes their website or other information within the RC App to reflect inaccurate or derogatory information that the organization doesn't support. Looking to have Messages panel not collapse if the window is resized
Both in the RC desktop app and the browser based app if the window is resized the messages panel (favorites, direct messages) collapses unless the window is resized to be larger.It would be nice to have a toggle option to disable this collapsing when resized.

Have a notification for the user if their phone number becomes "spam likely" or "spam warning" on recipients caller IDs.

Global Contact Sharing of your personal contacts to people in your company
We have a medical transport busines and work with different providers and drivers and employees. It is a hassle to constantly upload new contacts and share them. Can we create a feature where we just have a global contact list that we can all refer to whenever we add someone?

When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well

Ability for customers to search for known issues with any RingCentral product (bug search)
Our users report issues with RingCentral Video and the RingCentral App for Windows. I opened up support cases and the usual resolution is, try a new meeting or re-install the application. This is a good first step but it would be great to be able to search for issues or bugs with any product so we could identify if other peers have also reported the issue and if the development team is aware of what versions are impacted or if there's an expected release when the issue will be resolved.

Mitel 6940 different ring tone for internal calls (call within company level)
Like to have a feature when the call is within the company, the ringtone of the physical should or can be personalized to be different from any (outside) incoming calls .

Show Presence as Not Available once call is initiated instead of waiting for call to connect
At the moment, if a user picks up their phone to dial a call, either from the desktop application or desk phone, they still show as available until that call connects. It would be most helpful if they showed as Not Available once the call was initiated, so there was not this in-between time from moment of dialing number until all is connected before they show as Not Available.

In the RingCentral Admin Portal provide a way to set an alert when a physical phone is offline to send an email to an administrator.

REINSTATE THE NUMPAD ENTER KEY WHEN DIALING
Before the end of September 2022, the enter key of the NUMPAD used to work when dialing on the RING Central Desktop app. For example, you dial the number on the dial pad and then press enter on the numpad. This is greatly effecient for many of us that make frequent calls because we would use the numpad to dial the number then enter to dial the number. Easy. Now the feature is gone, with no replacing feature. Why? There is no reason to remove it. Please reinstate it.
