  1. We want to have the ability to limit what shows up in the corporate directory to the site the employee is working out of. Meaning, if the account has 3000 users on it and I work at a site with 50 users I should only be able to locate those 50 users in the contacts/corp directory

Some of our offices receive a large number of spam / scam calls from a wide variety international numbers.We need a way to block specific country codes, or even better, block all international incoming calls (from outside the US).Currently in RingCentral under Blocked Calls, if you enter "+231" in an attempt to block Liberia, save and refresh the page, RingCentral will interpret this as just "231" which is an area code in Michigan.

  3. They way RC sends notifications to a users mobile phone/sms is being phased out by the carriers. You can no longer send SMS message by emailing #####@vtext.com. The same goes for T-Mobile and I suspect other carriers. The delivery needs to be a more SMS centric method as opposed to email to sms

  6. The SMS/ Text message feature is very useful, but the current implementation is very rudimentary. Modern messaging applications found on any mobile device, or apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage and even Google Chat have the option to react/ like a person's message.   11. Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.

At work probably 1 in 20 calls on my phone is actually for me.I'm in a call group called Support and I only answer those if they ring for 1 minute or more (as that amount of time means the support team are busy).As the majority of calls that ring on my phone are for support, when I'm engrossed in work and the phone rings, I don't even look at the phone screen unless it's rung for a minute or more, but by doing that, I miss internal/direct dial calls to my phone where people hang up after 10-15 seconds.It…

  18. I would like to be able to export my entire Phones & Devices inventory to CSV without contacting Support first. They can always generate it for me pretty easily, but it feels like this should be a feature included by default. I imagine it as an "Export to CSV" button at the top, by Add Device, which would let you filter out what to include in the device export file.

For those users and organisations that do not have Office 365 or Google Services but instead have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016, it is not possible to see a list of scheduled meetings and actually start them.The RC-Meetings App correctly displays Scheduled meetings as a list and from there you can start them. RC Desktop and Mobile Apps do not. Its is handicapping the users that have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016.The Outlook 2016 integration into Outlook 2016 doesn't do it either.What we could do with is by default all scheduled meetings appearing natively in the Meetings section…
