  2. Some organizations have the corporate rule, that always the real person has to take an incoming call. So voicemail must not be used in the organization.But as of today, if you use the combined user (voice&fax) you must activate for missed call 'send to voicemail'.Please find an implementation, where there is no must for this 'send to voicemail) setting

  4. Currently, the only way to gather shipping tracking information and serial numbers for shipped devices is to do a manual look in the service portal. I would like to receive an email once the order status is changed to "shipped" that provides:Tracking InformationSerial numbers and their assignments to each line.This email option would be very helpful so that we can forward information to our installation partners once the order is shipped vs doing a manual lookup before a scheduled installation.

  9. We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

  11. On Service Web > Users > Outbound Calls/Faxes > Caller ID > Caller ID Restriction Settings, user can enable/disable the Direct Numbers, Company Numbers, and Fax Number as CLI. There's no option for to show/hide the CCRNs.

    Expected Behavior:
    There should be "Allow CCRN numbers as caller ID" as option under Caller ID Restriction Settings on Service Web.

  12. We need to implement the following:

    • No External Dial by Extension in IVR
    • No External Dial by Directory in IVR
    • No External Dial by DID
    • But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.

    Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

  14. Currently we are only able to set 1 SMS recipient inside the Auto Receptionist's General Settings. This SMS recipient is used for both our company Main Number and for all IVR Menus. We'd like to have the possibility of assigning an SMS recipient that's different from the Main Number SMS recipent to our IVR Menus.

  17. When a user answers a call from a call queue then conducts a cold transfer, the recipient does not know the call is being transferred. If they are a member of the call queue, it appears as the call is incoming from the call queue.
