  1. Provide a notification when a HUD contact changes from busy, to DND, to available. Enable notification of status change by HUD contact. For example, when a HUD contact changes from "Busy" to "Available", provide a notification of the contact status change. The feature could be an additional option when selecting the Ellipse's for a contact in the HUD list.

  2. A Call to 522 is transferred to 567. The display 'call from 522' remains on 567's device/app.The user 567 should see, who is the originator of this call on his display.

  3. It could happen, that 2 calls attempts come in at nearly the same time. The user get both - has to decide, which to take - even when 'call waiting is off'.This should not happen - only one call should get passed though to the user.

  7. Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in

    When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)

    When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)
    In ther words, only 1 attachment is allowed at a time.

    Customer requested that if possible to mirror the functionality of RC Phone app print to fax plug-in

  8. As an admin, I cannot remove an SMS Recipient once added to a Call Queue. My only options are to just disable notifications, or to totally delete the Call Queue and recreate it. Need a "Delete" option for SMS Recipients on Call Queues.

  9. I would like Non superadmins (users) to beable to edit the presence of there phone that way users can edit the area where the speed dials (BLFs) appear.

    this would let a user se the blf to a certain spot on there phone such as expansion pack

  10. Please add options to the media player used in Service Web > Call Logs as current the 8kHz mono MP3 format is not adequate quality for clear playback.

    Options to play the uncompressed/higher quality recording without having to download the recording would improve the function and service greatly.

  13. Customer currently do not have a way to be able to edit shared external contacts.
    Current method to edit via csv file and re-upload the template is such a hassle and inconvenient for user adding or editing shared external contacts,

    Customers would like to have a feature where

    1.) Shared External Contacts can be edit using Ringcentral App or SW
    2.) Upload Shared External contacts without using .csv File
    3.If 2 is not possible at least add shared external contacts without downloading the whole data of the template.

  14. We kindly request the consideration of expanding the current limitation of simultaneous device logins per extension from two to a range of five to ten authorized users. This enhancement would significantly improve the convenience and productivity of our development team, facilitating efficient collaboration and streamlined workflows. By enabling a greater number of authorized devices to be connected concurrently, our developers would have the flexibility to seamlessly access and work on projects from various locations or devices, fostering a more dynamic and agile development environment.

  16. We've noticed that the voicemail email notifications only display the caller's number, not their name, even though the contact is saved in my directory.

  18. Use case: Users often need to move a call from their desktop app over to mobile and back. AI notes are becoming increasingly popular.

    Problem: AI notes stop if a call is switch from one endpoint to another.

    Feature request: Add support for AI notes to keep going when a call is switched from Destkop to mobile.
