  2. Requests for us to integration Calendly with RCV as it is a widely used integration that Zoom and some of our competitors already offer. Some customers have kept their Zoom licenses because we do not have this integration. Another request was to have the integration with Calendly auto generate an RC Video meeting when someone books time with them.

  3. Custom Engineering has provided a workaround for customers that need to have calls "bypass" the RC FM/FM (183/200ok) from our PBX and ring directly to the registered endpoint.   4. During a callback in queue request, offer the caller the option to record a voice message that will be presented to the agent prior to launching the callback. Offer the agent an action to launch the callback while listening to the message or automatically launch when the message is finished.This is a feature available with Mitel today.

  5. When the HUD on the app is updated, it syncs with the desk phone. We do not want this because it is overriding custom settings such as our speed dials. Please give us the option to NOT synch the HUD with the desk phones.

  7. End users have the ability to add many personal contacts to their extension. Currently, due to API batch size limitation on 50 can be deleted at a time. For a user with thousands of contacts this can be very time consuming to delete contacts at only 50 at a time.

  8. When the Incoming Caller ID Display is set to called number and internal caller ID the extensions calling 1 another will have the Incoming Caller ID displayed is the extension they are calling.

    For example extension 101 calling extension 109
    the displayed caller ID is 109

  10. We have an IVR menu for after hours and find that many callers will not use the IVR and will hang up during the IVR messages. We would like to have missed call notifications so we can be proactive and call back those missed calls.

  12. Adding contact from last received number to a common company library rather than saving the number to the user profile. This allows us to trace all contacts and interactions added and there is no duplications of contacts to the company contact library.Currently if 1 user saves the number the other 2 users cannot see it as the contacts if they themselves save it to their profiles. I wish if there was common RC Contact directory where all the phone numbers saved that can be used by all the users.

  19. Every phone system since the 90's had a feature to send a global or mass voicmail message to all phones or a group of user's . I would like to add this feature, since many have physical phones and text messaging isn't an option. It is a significant way to communicate to users. Simple and efficent. Also Tracking on who listened to the voicemail would be nice, but not necessary. This would be an Admin portal feature only. A recorded file would be uploaded and distributed.

RingCentral Office voicemail recordings are retained indefinitely until deleted by the end user by one of three methods; RingCentral Service Portal, Google Chrome Extension, or by manually dialing into the voicemail box and deleting the message. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to set a new/old message retention period.
