  3. When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well

  4. The User Reset and Assign capability is only available for users with a Super Admin role. It would be beneficial if this capability was an option when creating a custom role. There are areas of the Super Admin role that some of my team members should not have access to. Currently they are deleting the user and adding them back in which is much less efficient. Also deleting a users removes them from ring groups which we do not want to happen.

  5. As an admin we can not currently hid the "Apps" tile. We don't allow our users to download or install applications on their own, we would like the ability to hid this. Admins should have controls on all applications to either prevent access by role or to hid this as a company setting.

  7. Pretty straight forward and I can't believe that you didn't think of this idea already. You DO have an option to start the app on Windows startup, but it would be really nice if the app also started MINIMIZED.

  8. We commonly have team members use emoji's react to posts. When performing investigations we have found there does not seems to be a way to see a time stamp of when the user reacted with an emoji to a post and we can only see the date/timestamp of the post itself.We would like to not only see the user that had the reaction, but the date/time they reacted to it.

  11. When changing an emergency address with the RC Desktop application a dialog is shown with current Company ERLs and personal PERLs. Presently the Company ERLs are shown first followed by the PERLs.With hybrid work commonplace these days users often must switch between home and work addresses. PERLs are a convenient way to toggle this. Yet in the RC Desktop App the ERLs are shown first, followed by the PERLs (see attached image).   12. Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

  20. The message pane containing favorites, folders, and conversations used to be able to collapse. This was incredibly helpful - especially in work from home setups - as it saved room on our screens. Currently, the message panel has a fixed minimum width.Let's restore the collapsable message pane!
