  1. All numbers for RingCentral Fax only accounts are equipped with Voice and Fax services by default. There is no option to change number to "Fax" only number for fax only accounts. Unfortunately there is no way to stop anyone from placing a voice call to a customer's fax number.Customer wants to have the option to change the number type of their phone numbers to "Fax" only. They don't want to receive any phone calls to their Fax number/s.

  2. We have received feedback from our customers regarding their experience while using the RingCentral web app on the Firefox web browser. Currently, Firefox is only partially supported, leading to error messages for some users. (this is from advice from our higher engineer)To enhance the user experience and ensure full compatibility, we kindly request that our technical team extend comprehensive support for Firefox within the RingCentral web app. This improvement will not only eliminate error messages but also make our platform more accessible to a broader user base, including those who prefer Firefox.

  4. I just deleted a user who was terminated from our organization today. However, we need to be able to check their text and message history as it has come to light that he may have been sending confidential information through there. I know there is no way for me to recover the information, but is there a way that you can pull messaging history from your database or to recover the user?

  11. Today it is not allowed, that the admin sets CLIP and Clip no Screening.For several scenarios (e.g. POCs) it needs a quick way to set it.The process to get to this setting is very bumpy and lengthy - not user friendly.If there is a possibility, the acceptance would be increased.

  13. Call history for 30 (90) days if customer decides.
    It should be configurable per account. 7 days as default is good, but for a lot of medium and large sized customers it is too short.

  14. For the majority of sales partners it is a basic requirement that they are and remain THE sole contract and contact partner for their customers. This applies to the contractual design as well as to the support.This must support the management tools. Partners may only see their own customers, but must be given the opportunity; accept, create and manage tickets. Analysis options (e.g. quality of connections, discussions, conferences and more) must also exist.

  15. Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

  16. Have the ability to set length in minutes for voicemail responses. Our customer stated to used to have it for 3 minutes and automatically cuts, prompting to the caller limit is reached. This was working just fine for the customer however they are now receiving messages longer. They need to be able to set this back to 3 minutes or adjust to preference

  19. Remove the dial pad from the column next to the Calls and Voicemail tabs. It is more convenient to have the dial pad on the right side so we can easily dial a number from the call history. Or have the option to have the dial pad be dragged on the right side like how it used to.
