Enhanced Audio Management: Option to Mute or Lower Call Waiting Alerts During Active Calls
Features that allow granular control over call waiting notifications. Currently, the loud audio alert for incoming calls makes it difficult for their team to focus on active client conversations.
Ability to either silence or lower the volume of the call waiting tone on specific direct lines without disabling the feature entirely. This would allow the main reception line to maintain full alerts while providing a better acoustic experience for staff on direct lines.

Option to Fully Disable Fax Capability on Voice Numbers
Currently, there is no reliable way to disable fax traffic for a phone number. If a number is assigned to a user extension and set to "Voice Only," any inbound fax attempts are treated as voice calls and will ring all active devices and apps associated with that extension.
Ideally, there should be an option to fully disable fax functionality on a number. This would result in a failed transmission status for the sender, clearly indicating that the number is not enabled for fax. RC App print to fax plug-in for multiple attachments
Print to fax directly from the browser or other application using RC App print to fax plug-in
When using the old RC Phone App (Spartan) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will just add up (normal)
When using the New RC App Glip (Jupiter) by printing directly from multiple browsers, the attachment will replace the previous attachment (not normal)
In ther words, only 1 attachment is allowed at a time.Customer requested that if possible to mirror the functionality of RC Phone app print to fax plug-in

Allow non super admins to edit presence settings on there phone
I would like Non superadmins (users) to beable to edit the presence of there phone that way users can edit the area where the speed dials (BLFs) appear.
this would let a user se the blf to a certain spot on there phone such as expansion pack

"Who Disconnected the Call" in Regular RingCentral Call Logs
Currently, in RingCentral Contact Center and RingCX, there is an option to see who disconnected a call. However, this feature is not available in regular RingCentral. It would be extremely beneficial for users to have the ability to view which party (caller or recipient) disconnected the call directly in the call logs or analytics for better tracking and troubleshooting.
Adding this feature would improve the visibility of call statuses and provide more useful insights, especially for customer support teams and operations managers.

Improve Recording Playback Audio Quality From Service Web
Please add options to the media player used in Service Web > Call Logs as current the 8kHz mono MP3 format is not adequate quality for clear playback.
Options to play the uncompressed/higher quality recording without having to download the recording would improve the function and service greatly.

Speed Dial Setup with Pause and extention function
We have a paging system that sits at an extension then expects a zone code. I would like to make a speed dial that would allow a pause and then the zone code dialed automatically. The speed dial would look like this 800#,,04#. this would dial the extension 800, # enters the extension immediately, the ",," pauses the dial for 2 seconds, the enters the zone code of 02#.
