Supervisor or Group Admin should have access to recorded calls for their team.
In Ring Central UC platform, there is a call recording feature available however recorded calls can be accessed by Individuals. There should be a option for Supervisor to listen the call recording We can create group and set Group Admin access to supervisor so they can listen calls.

App for smart watches
Like many in the business world, my business partners and I all have iPhones and Apple Watches. It would be very beneficial if Ring Mobil had an Apple Watch app. Currently I do not get any notifications from Ring Central on my watch. This is particularly an issue if my phone is set to silent. I would like to know of important incoming business calls even if I have set my physical phone to silient. My watch can also receive calls. When I am running or at the gym, not having an app makes me have to carry my phone…

Download call recording with the name or number of the caller.Call recording should at least included the name or the number or date and time of the calls, in order for the customer to identify the call recording easily.For now customer is downloading the call recording and they are manually updating the file as per their reference

Incoming Caller ID should show the name and number on all plans.
Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.

Custom Rules - Called Number to include extension as well as DID
Currently we are able to create a custom call handling rule that says when a number is called to manage the call per the rules specified. However, when we select a number, it only tracks the full DID of the number, and if someone transfers a call internally via the extension it does not match the rule as it's only looking for the DID and not the extension.This creates confusion as call routing for a queue is then dependant on whether the call is coming from the PSTN or internally, and there's no way to unify that experience.

Allow to still receive fax to user extension even if missed call settings is set to forward to an extension.

Sync desk phone status to RingCentral app
Need a feature to synchronize the status of a desk phone to the RingCentral apps. Example: If the Yealink device will be set to DND, the RingCentral apps status should change to DND as well.

Save Custom Status for Quick Access
Every day I switch between the same custom statuses. Rather than using generic 6 that are shown, I would rather it saved my last 6 that I used or accesses after initial use. This is a convenience thing with not having to type the same thing each time I change my statuses back and forth and choose custom emoji to match. I never use the generic status options so this would save a lot of time throughout the day!!!

Ability for agents to see their schedule Weekly.
Right now agents can only see their schedules by day in WFM and it would be helpful for them to see their schedule in a Weekly view.

Need to import a directory of external numbers to Admin portal so they can pushed out to all phones.
Currently, it appears that each phone (or user app) must be programmed individually with a directory of external numbers. This is an extraordinary amount of repetitive work, when the directory could/should be able to be pushed out centrally. Is there a feature/can there be a feature with makes central administration of the external directory possible?

Add an Option to Toggle to Classic View in Admin Portal
The previous version of the admin portal was far more user-friendly. Having the drop down menus allowed us to more quickly and efficiently configure the user call handling. The current version of moving back and forth between screens is time consuming and cumbersome.Further, the updated Admin Portal is more confusing and less accurate in its category descriptions. For example, previously, the "Phones and Devices" section housed all the information and settings related to the physical phones.
