  1. Need to allow Verizon Wireless SMS text notifications from Ring Central admin portal. Any singular users and user groups. All other wireless carriers allow this now, and it currently works. Verizon is not currently working and we need this fixed ASAP.

  4. Call Log Association Issue: from SalesForce to RingCentral
    When initiating a "Click-To-Dial" call from a Person Account and associating the auto call log with a specific Case through the "Related To" field, the call log appears on the Person account but not in the associated Case feed. Please review to attached video for example.

  7. The new Cross-Site Access Management feature just got added and was enabled by default. A lot of customers were not aware of this feature being added and suddenly lost access to information from other sites.

    We would like to disable the feature by default or at least allow clients to opt-out of this feature.

  9. Our Customer Services team use the call monitoring feature through the HUD to monitor/support/train people with calls. We have used this feature but you cannot toggle Whisper on/off. You have to end the call monitoring session and restart it again, rather than just been able to press whisper again to turn it off

  10. Have the ability to set length in minutes for voicemail responses. Our customer stated to used to have it for 3 minutes and automatically cuts, prompting to the caller limit is reached. This was working just fine for the customer however they are now receiving messages longer. They need to be able to set this back to 3 minutes or adjust to preference

  12. Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

  14. After the recent update for the RingCentral application, the HUD option is missing the ALL option feature.

    The customer and partner want to revert it when the HUD is showing the ALL option.

  15. I would like to see a button similar to Cisco's Hlog button on physical phones. This would allow the user to change their status for queue calls from the physical phone instead of forcing them to log in to the application to do so. Possibly with a status light on the button to indicate if they are logged in or not.

  16. Add this feature for SMS / TXT to non-internal messenger users in our group. I have a lot of external customers I've added as contacts to my RC contact directory that I'd like to do direct video SMS to vs. taking a video and attaching to the SMS text message.

  19. Ability to prevent calling blocked numbers.
    Option to block outbound for blocked numbers.

    If I block the number on super admin itself we are able to make calls to same number
    we are using other cloud dialer while we blocked the number we cannot make dial
    but I don't know why Ringcentral don't have options

  20. When a call comes in, the HUD tab automatically switches to the Keypad tab. Please allow HUD to stay as our preferred choice, even when a call comes in.
