  2. Currently, in RingCentral, non-activated users cannot be added as co-recipients to a message-only extension. This creates a limitation where users who are not fully activated are unable to receive voicemails from this mailbox.

    Scenario
    - A new user is added to the RingCentral system, they are unable to be added to the Co-Recipients as they are not visible to the admin.

    Currently this is driving demand into our Service Desk for support due to admins adding a user and not going back to add them as a co-recipient after the user has activated their account.

  3. Currently we can stop a number dialled using the dialler, which prevents the number being called by checking the DNC list and inbound calls are blocked using the Blocked ANI.
    However a lot of our calls are made using the manual option and the blocked ANI does not stop this from being called.
    So please incorporate manual outbound calls being blocked from numbers in the blocked ANI list.

  5. This proposal aims to streamline our team's workflow by updating the call queue notification logic to eliminate redundant emails. Currently, when a caller leaves a voicemail, the system generates two separate alerts for the single event—one tagging it as a "Missed Call" and another as a "Voicemail"—which causes inbox clutter and leads to multiple agents accidentally triaging the same customer interaction.   9. It would be extremely helpful for our operations if we could continue receiving email notifications whenever a message is sent to a call queue, even when the Shared Inbox feature is enabled. While the Shared Inbox is a valuable tool for managing conversations within the platform, our team primarily relies on email notifications to stay updated and respond promptly to incoming messages.

  13. I suggest changing the behavior of quoted messages in Team Messages so that when you quote someone's message, the quoted content cannot be edited.

    Currently, if you edit the quoted text, it can appear as though the original sender wrote the modified content, which may cause confusion or misrepresent what they actually said.

    Instead, the quoted message should remain read-only, preserving the original text exactly as it was sent. Users should only be able to edit the text they add around the quote, not the quoted content itself.
