  1. We are adding a NAC or AAA, that requires all the MAC addresses of all devices that will be allowed to connect to the network to be registered. It would be helpful to have a feature in RingCentral Admin that would allow me to export all the MAC addresses of all physical phones in our R/C account. MAC addresses and IP addresses would be a bonus.

  7. It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

  8. while on a Carrier call, and RC Mobile App will have another call, mobile device will still ring. Requesting to have the same function with desktop app. Call waiting audio alert. Mobile app's option is only to enable or disable notification settings for incoming calls.

  14. I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

  15. They way RC sends notifications to a users mobile phone/sms is being phased out by the carriers. You can no longer send SMS message by emailing #####@vtext.com. The same goes for T-Mobile and I suspect other carriers. The delivery needs to be a more SMS centric method as opposed to email to sms

  16. Customer would like to have an option to ring more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously in a Ring group. Its a limitation of the ring group that it cannot have more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously.

When someone is calling the customer's direct number, the caller's screen shows that the timer started running when it was only ringingCustomer's verbatim: When someone calls my number, as soon as the call is connected it is perceived by the callers end as answered/picked up, even though it is still playing the ring tone.   18. I think it would be beneficial to have an option to have different statuses for different call queues. For example if you have an employee who is in 2 different departments if they were able to adjust their status for one to be available and to be on DND for the other. This would benefit us as some of our employees are "fluid" and may be directed to one department more than the other on certain days.

  19. when a number is in the process of porting, we are not able to forward to that number because the system sees it as a RingCentral number but it is not because it hasn't ported. We sometimes need to forward to a line which hasn't ported yet and can't. Please correct this. Thanks
