  3. When sending a SMS the gray pop up for attaching something to the SMS will appear over the message causing parts of the message to be hidden.
    Request to have pop up icon go up instead of down to prevent it from hiding SMS content.

  4. The default subject line for email notifications when voicemails are left reads "New Voice Message from [RingCentral customer name] - [customer] [number] on [date]. Where email subject line real estate is at a premium, RingCentral customers should be given flexibility and customization.

    First, the VM is most likely not "from" the RingCentral customer--it is mostly likely from the customer of the Ring Central customer.

    Second, if the RingCentral customer has a long name, the most important part of the VM--the WHO--gets lost in the sauce.

    Lastly, the subject line is poorly formatted with no punctuation or break between the name…

  13. I’ve set up scheduled reports using the Performance Report for queues, users, and calls, which has been working well and aligns with our security and privacy requirements. I’m now looking to include FYTD figures in our reporting and ideally have these reports scheduled and automatically sent via email each month.

    While custom ranges allow us to manually generate FYTD reports, it appears these cannot be scheduled for automatic delivery. Given the time and resource constraints within our IT team, manually exporting these reports each month may not be sustainable.

If RC Admin Portal has the ability to see a phones IP address, it would be immensely helpful to have the phones local IP in the form of a URL in a column next to the MAC address under Phones & Devices > User Phones. Of course, the URL would only be usable if connected to the same network as the phone but would still save the time of using other methods to derive the IP.

This would allow users to temporarily disable recording during sensitive or confidential discussions, ensuring that important details are not captured. This enhancement would help protect privacy and maintain confidentiality during calls.

    • Provide an option within the RingEX Admin Portal to export Call Queue configurations, including:

    • Queue extension numbers

    • Queue members

    • Call duration settings

    • Ring type (e.g., simultaneous, sequential)

    • Any other relevant call handling rules

    Use Case:
    • Customers who need to migrate like from RC partners to RC Direct or replicate call queue settingss—currently have no way to export these configurations. This creates additional manual work and increases the risk of misconfiguration.

    Proposed Solution:
    • Introduce an "Export Call Queue Settings" feature within the Admin Portal

    • Provide CSV or JSON export format…

    I need a "Update User Template" API for e.g. update a callhandling user template, to put hundred or more "callers" to the condition to provide this template for hunderd and mor users.
