  1. My AI Receptionist handles English and Spanish calls. I wanted appointment booking link sent in Spanish for Spanish customers and English for English speaking customers. Currently, there is only one appointment link field in the portal.

  2. We are unable to block numbers company-wide at my company. We have tried the methods suggested by others on RingCentral forums and have not found a working method. We tried blocking numbers on a super admins extension and it does not block the number company-wide. There is no apparent way for a super admin to switch to the extension of the main line to block there either, as was suggested by others. I've seen others say they resorted to manually blocking numbers for each extension which is ridiculous. This needs to be a built in feature for admins to use…

  4. It will be great if ring central team messaging can have automatic group messaging assignment for newly added extensions depending on the department assigned or the email domain used so we can avoid manually adding new extensions to their respective groups

  7. It appears that the Main Super Admin’s name is displaying on all numbers assigned to the Company Site. As a result, calls look as though they are coming from the Super Admin, even when they are not. The caller ID should instead display the company name rather than the Super Admin’s name.

  8. In the iPhone app, incoming calls cannot be silenced. They keep ringing until answered or transferred to voicemail. I need to be able to silence the calls when in a meeting or working on another task.

  9. Customers would like the ability to merge two PSTN calls onto a 3-way conference call using a hard phone and have DTMF passed between the two PSTN calls.

    This currently works with the Ringcentral app but does not work for most all of the supported desk phones.

  10. Currently, while the Work Hours Primary Sequence allows users to drag and reorder members, the same flexibility is not available within Custom Rules. Inside a custom rule, there is no option to adjust the sequence of rule members.

    Issue: When configuring a custom rule, the member sequence is automatically inherited from the sequence defined under Work Hours Settings. Admins are unable to modify or override this order within the custom rule itself.

  17. Need an Outlook plugin/App for fax when RingEX is not being used. For fax only solution. Allow this app to open up, pick the cover page, add all the details, attach, select the CallerID, all done with Outlook. Provide within app, history, failures, outgoing, incoming, etc...
