  1. We have a customer/partner that is looking for the Zero Dialing option to work mainly for calls that they already answered or placed on hold. The intention is for the caller to be rerouted to a different extension if callers do not want to stay on hold.

  6. When drafting a new message, I prefer to click + > New Message (desktop or mobile). It does not allow me to type a team for my new message, only an individual. I hate having to search for the team before I can send a message in it.

  8. Live Dashboard for Call queue's on the RingEx side. Would like to see a live dashboard that we can setup that shows the number of calls in the queue, abandoned, accepted, See all the agents and their status, Show if they are on call or available, the average wait time, etc. Really need something on the Ex side of the house

Checking the ring central features there is a feature that allows the caller to press zero to connect to the operator, we want this feature to setup in our phones internally so when a client pick up the phone and press 0 in the desk phone keypad we want them to be connected directly to the receptionist, however checking this with support this is not configurable from Ring central admin portal

It would be very convenient if there will be an option to download the files or documents sent through the RC app in Bulk since the current option to download the files in Workspace is one at a time. It will be difficult to download all of them especially if the stored files were accumulated for 5 years or more.

  20. Option to increase the maximum number of digits the customer can dial in the RingCentral desktop app.

    Customers can dial a very long phone number - using commas for pauses, and the like in the Ringcentral mobile app to interact with a phone system, but in the Ringcentral Desktop app outgoing call limit seems to be 30 digits. It is much better to increase or lift this cap.
