  2. I would like to add my software developer on the account with admin role that is read-only. I would like to request the addition of a "Super Admin" role with read-only access to settings and configurations. This role should allow users to view all settings and configurations within the system, but not make any changes or updates. The objective is to allow designated users (e.g., system auditors, compliance officers) to have complete visibility into the system's settings without the ability to alter them.

  14. Several interfaces in the Admin portal allow selection of how many rows of data to display. I routinely change the default setting to "200" or "All" but I do this routinely because my selection does not "stick" from one session to the next -- often reverting to showing only (for example) 10 call queues when I have 47 and would like to see them all by default. Can this be changed?
