  1. Prior to the newest update, when sending a new text, you would type in the number and click 'next' which would bring you to the entire text thread giving you the option to either call or text. This would also allow you to view the entire text thread. With this new update, doing the same function - sending a new text- it now has a pop up to create the text within this pop up window and 'send', NOT giving you the option to click 'next' and take you to the text thread.   2. I'd love to see the new "Send New Text" pop-up window reverted back to the old format where you could see any prior text history when sending a new text. The new popup window has a constricting feel, especially when texting someone there's prior history with that you can't see in the same way as you used to when clicking the "Send New Text" button

  4. I want to change the number on Send to text message in AI Receptionist. All my extension phone numbers SMS is working. When I check the number I want to use as SMS recipient, it can't be found.

  5. When you send a new text you now have to type the message before you can see the history of texts with that phone number. Please CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! When you enter a phone number have it open the text message history and then write the text message.

  6. Sometimes you are receiving an incoming Queue call that you NEED to send to voicemail and not answer. Please give us the option to do that instead of just "ignore" and then it continues ringing.

  10. Since there are a lot of desk phones added to the account, the user won't be able to filter or separate which desk phones are BYOD and was purchased from RingCentral.

    User requested this feature so they can easily identify the BYOD phones that they need to update (Example: SIP).

  12. Support the Yealink BH74 - Bluetooth Wireless Headset as listed recommended headsets for RingCentral application
    It's not listed as recommended headset to use with their RingCentral application and they wanted to know when this model to be compatible with RingCentral application. Their Yealink BH74 model is not allowing the user to answer the call using this model and it's not compatible to use with their RingCentral application

  16. Implement a feature within call queue settings that allows administrators to configure an overflow routing option to an external phone number after the queue has handled a defined number of calls within a given time.

    Problem:
    There's a need for a mechanism to proactively divert excess call volume to external support resources (e.g., third-party help desks, on-call specialists) based on the actual number of calls handled.

    Proposed Solution:
    1. Enhance call queue settings with a new overflow routing option: "Overflow by Call Count."

  17. We would like to request an enhancement to the current SMS reporting system on the admin portal. Specifically, we need the ability to:

    1. Distinguish between internal and external SMS – The current reports do not separate internal SMS from external SMS. A clear distinction in the logs would help us easily identify and filter these messages.

    2. Track failed SMS attempts – Currently, there is no way to track failed SMS attempts. Adding a feature to report on failed SMS deliveries would provide more visibility and allow for quicker troubleshooting.

  20. Every time I send a text, it wants me to send a new text right then and there. Even when there is an existing text thread, it wont show me right then and there. I see how this feature can be helpful if there's not an existing thread. But now I have to send a "." txt then jump back into what was just said previously. I don't want potential drivers to think that this is unprofessional. But at this point its becoming a hassle. It would be nice if the system acknowledges that there isn't an existing thread to…
