Non-profit organizations are still not allowed to increase the number on a specific campaign to more than 49 in number pools.

Ability to toggle the call forwarding to the RC mobile app or RC Desktop app separately
Ability to have the option to select the RC mobile app first then next to be ringing is the RC desktop app or vice versa. The option that the we have is to turn it off or turn it on only. The customer wanted to have the ability to select or change the option to be ringing first either with RC mobile app or RC Desktop app.

Stop customer from accessing Voicemail outside the office.
Customer has the ability to access voicemail anywhere by calling the main hotline pressing extension and inputting pin. Or by calling *86 with pin.
But even if there's a required pin customer still don't want the other users to access the VM's outside Ringcentral.

It would be great to be able to break down the roles per locations within RC.
Call queue managers should have a check box to select whether they want access to voicemails or not. I have regional directors that would like to access call recordings and logs but do not want to receive voicemails as well. Unfortunately, in order to see the call logs the managers must currently have full access.

Save RC app custom status
I was wondering if there is a feature where I can save my custom statuses? Every time RingCentral updates and logs me out, my statuses reset to default, and I have to save them all over again.

On Call Calendar for automatic rotation
Calendar function for automatic On Call Rotation. After hours calls are forwarded to a different user every week to ensure that calls are not missed and emergencies are dealt with in a timely manner. It would be nice to be able to set a calendar to automatically roll the on call phone to the next person in line, rather than having to do it manually.

Voicemail and Faxes Showing on the RingCentral App of multiple Users.
Asking for the Faxes and Voicemail to be received on the RingCentral App for multiple Users.
Faxes are showing on the RingCentral App of the User that is receiving the app but I want the fax to also show on the other Users RingCentral App.

Input Mode Improvement
I would like to provide some feedback regarding an issue I encountered while using the app.
I prefer using the rich text input mode in conversations. However, every time I switch to another conversation, the input mode resets to plain text mode. This is quite inconvenient for me.
It would be great if the app could remember the input mode I used last time, or provide a select setting to choose the input mode. This feature would significantly enhance the user experience.

Remove Yealink voicemail notification for fax
Whenever I received faxes, I also received voicemail notifications on my yealink device. And if I delete it, it will also delete the fax attached to the email notification I received.

Requesting to display the name of extension being dialed when connecting calls to the user's Ring members, currently when call is connecting to the other member under the user's ring settings, it only shows the number dialed by the caller and not the name of the user
