  4. I have advised my clients that when they want to cancel their appointment for my business to send a text message containing the word "CANCEL" to my company number. Instead of me receiving just the SMS those customers ending up on the OPTED-OUT numbers, now I have no way of sending SMS to them. Please remove this keyword "Cancel" from automatically going to opted out number, my keyword for opting out of SMS is "STOP"

We would like to request an enhancement to the RingCentral platform that provides more prominent and clear warnings for administrators when removing numbers from queues and other related processes. Currently, the available options to return numbers to inventory can be vague and unclear. It would be beneficial to have clearer guidance on how to manage numbers during this process.

    This feature request aims to reduce confusion and improve the overall user experience when managing number licenses and inventory within RingCentral.

  10. the ability to set your main number as outbound caller id as default on your account. While you would still have the flexibility to select other numbers as needed, the system should automatically revert to your primary number as the outbound caller ID once the call is completed.

  11. We have a customer who would like a custom rule for Zero Dialing, where calls are forwarded to an extension. If the extension does not answer, the call should be forwarded to another extension. This setup should only apply when the caller dials Zero, and it should not affect the regular extension forwarding.

  13. Update the counties list in the UK OR allow search by area code only so we don't have to hunt for a county that hasn't existed since the 1990s

    Examples are Cleveland for Middlesborough numbers and there's no greater Manchester county still, there are other issues.

    Quite often I know what area code I need, I don't really care what county its in and neither should you, this is a CLOUD telephony platform...

    Also when the list of number is returned sort by number and instead of change set just have "next page" so we can get a range easier…

  14. As an admin we have the ability to allow or disallow file transfers in the Messaging area.
    This option can be found in the Application by going to Settings/Administration/Messaging
    Then drill down to Integrations Settings/Manage File Sharing
    Manage file sharing
    Adjust user access for different file sharing sources. If the box is unchecked, users will no longer be able to see and share from the unchecked file sharing source.

  16. We have a user that would like to send text messages as another user. I have looked in the settings on the ringcentral app and I am only able to change to my own number. Would this be a setting that we can enable?

    The extension for the user is ext. 4352 Crystal Jones. She is wanted to text out using her coworkers number (ext. 2503) Lisa Shockey for when she’s out sick. Is Crystal able to change her number and do this?

  18. If you set the HUD as the Primary or first tab within MS Teams, it doesn't keep the setting. Phone seems to always become the default. very frustrating.

  20. when the user clicked the Call logs > Edit > Clicked the box to "Select All" It will only select the logs that it is CURRENTLY on the screen and he has to scroll down to select more.
