  1. Allow text messages sent to the same company number that the call queue is answering to be answered by any user in that call queue. Allow them to send messages from the company number and have a unified spot so that multiple users can respond. As our CSRs go off and on shift they should be able to pick up a text thread with a customer.

  3. I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

Date and time stamp should be included in all text messages being sent within the RingCentral desktop app. At times, this is used in conjunction with our Accounting team to receive confirmation from users to approve certain matters. Having the text message only read 'today' does not help to validate when the communication actually took place (date and time). The only time date and time is included together is when it's a past date.

  8. We currently cannot quickly text a customer while we are on the phone with that customer while using the desktop program on computer (not the extension). We have to take multiple steps such as: Go to text and create a new text, search their contact, etc. A simple and easy solution to this would be one of 2 options below:Show the Ongoing Call in the calls area, while we are on the call (currently the call only shows after we end the call).   14. It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account

  16. I work for a large real estate team and we recently moved all our numbers over to Ring Central from Mitel. One thing we were not aware of is that we cannot have more than 10 people in a group SMS, which is pretty frustrating. We need to be in communication with anywhere from 11-23 people at any given moment. Not being able to do this causes issues with our business and is forcing us to seek other alternative options. Apple lets you have up to 32 people in a group message. Can this be escalated quickly?
