Allow the operator extention to be call queue
I need all of my business lines to ring as the operator because I am not always available but I also need to be able to text from my main company number. The message needs to play when a customer calls my company so removing the option to press 0 for the operator is not an option for me.

Have the option to have Call Queues show up as company contacts
We are using a Call Queue for our IT Department Helpdesk. Right now, that contact doesn't show up as a company contact. On mobile, it shows up under Others, but that isn't really isn't ideal. I'd like to request having the option to include a Call Queue as a company contact. There should be something like a toggle switch in the settings of the Queue that would allow us to see this or not.

Change Main Site Name in Admin Portal
We have multiple sites. We can change all of our site names except for our headquarters (which the account is tied to). Like to be able to change 'Main Site' name to our City location.

Ability to Program 3rd party Numbers on Soft Key (blf key)
On my Cisco 8861, I am unable to program the softkeys to dial out to any number outside of a ringcentral extension assigned to us. If I want to program a speed dial to a customer, or assign an intercom to an extension as a speedial(blf key) it is currently not allowed. I am not sure why a simple feature like this is not allowed on Ring Central. It would make business operations so much easier to utilize the 5 soft keys that are lying dormant to be able to dial out to our customers, etc.

By customizing the location received faxes are downloaded, they can easily be saved on a network drive where the entire staff could access them.

Ability to save custom message for Reply with Message feature
Only Predefined messages are appearing and 60 seconds is not an enough time to create a custom one. Hopefully, they will have an option to save or edit Predefined messages for it.

Support for group SMS
When we send an SMS to a group via Google Voice, or just via a mobile number, RingCentral receives texts not in group chats, but in direct messages from the sender. So when someone sends a text to a group - then Ringcentral will receive SMS in a group chat.

Dropdown Phone Options
Allow a dropdown on the Phone icon in the app, to choose with line to call that is tied to the user's profile. Currently, if we wish to dial the Mobile Phone on the account, it takes several additional/complex clicks to get there.

The old outlook plugin was able to use the HTML format. We would like to like to use this feature added back in for the Outlook Add-in.

Forward to another extension when DND is enabled
I want to be able to Forward to another extension when DND is enabled. At least user knows if they turn on DND, their calls may be answered by someone else.

DND override list
We need the ability to create a DND override list. In a classroom a teacher will put their phone on DND. The front desk cannot contact this teacher when they are on DND. In an emergency certain staff should be able to call or page a user even if they are on DND. It would be nice to be able to create list and apply them to a user. In addition there should be a couple categories like calling, paging, and messaging overrides.

we want icomiong calls to ring on mobile phone app only so it wont interup the desktop app

Track the login/logout of an ext to the Call Queue
Customer would like to be able to check the login/logout of an extension on the call queue.
