Add PCRecruiter Integration
PCRecruiter is a CRM which doesn't allow us to mass text anymore. Integrating PCR and RingCentral would allow my team to mass text candidates directly within PCR without having to copy/paste phone numbers from one app to the other.

To use multiple fax number as outbound fax ID
Customer would be able use a fax number as outbound caller ID and for receiving fax that they can assign another extension email addresses notification to received the notification and NOT only the assigned operator extension to received the fax.

Provide sound customization for app notifications for new voicemail messages.
It would be very helpful to have an option to assign sound notification for new voicemail messages in the application so that the customer can be alerted.

Restore previous location of merge button
The latest update moved the merge button from the main screen to a location 3 clicks deep. Previous location was more convenient and intuitive. A possible idea/solution would also be to make the button placement customizable based on everyday use and business needs.

Add a feature that enables DND to turn on while the user is in an active call.
Having a feature that enables DND to turn on while the user is in an active call avoids having an incoming call ringing away while waiting for you to interrupt your current call to answer. The feature is available for video call already but just not voice calls.

Increase/decrease padding as you zoom in/out
I generally find that there is a lot of padding around each message, wasting a lot of vertical space on the screen. This padding doesn't seem to decrease when I zoom out, only the font size decreases.

Set a specific extension for Intercom
Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.

pass the original did on call transfer
I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

Allow Call Queues to Have an Exit Button and Announce a Caller's Place in the Queue
When a client calls and is holding for a CSR they can have an announcement every minute to let them know their place in the queue. If the client does not wish to hold for a CSR, they can press 0 to leave a voicemail.This would benefit client satisfaction since they will have flexibility if they do not wish to wait and they can get an idea of how many calls are ahead of them.

Automatically print fax without being required to sign in to RC App
Customer has a separate extension for their fax number and no one is signing in to it. They want the faxes to still do Print-to-Fax even without being required to sign in. Faxes are received but it doesn't print automatically when no one is signed in to the fax extension

Add Paging and Intercom as options to be added from presence menu on phones.
Currently, we have to manually go into phones gui outside of RingCentral to be able to add this. This would save a lot more time and make phone system admins' lives much easier.

Enabling Logging for enabling or disabling External Guest Communication
Our security if very high and we found that this was turned on by an admin however, it is not being logged anywhere in the system. We would like to track these types of changes.

Scheduled Changes
I think it would be super helpful for administrators to have the ability to schedule changes to take place. For example, (basic example) lets say we need add a user to a call queue at a certain time and remove them at a certain time we could schedule a change. This feature could "record" the change and then we can specify when this change would occur based on date and time. This would assist admins so we don't have to remember to do something or mark it on our calendars versus scheduling it on the portal. Also eliminates the scenario…
