  3. it would be better if we can go back to our analytics report for more than 6 months, at least 1 yr to 2 yrs, so we can compare our statistics from the previous year to this date/year

  4. They way RC sends notifications to a users mobile phone/sms is being phased out by the carriers. You can no longer send SMS message by emailing #####@vtext.com. The same goes for T-Mobile and I suspect other carriers. The delivery needs to be a more SMS centric method as opposed to email to sms

  8. When I try to make outbound calls, it only lets me add 4 other participants to the call. When this happens, it gives a fast busy signal and does not let me add them in. I know that there is the option to provide the callers with a conference phone number and code, but the clients I am working with are lower functioning and would not be able to keep track of the appointment information and phone number. I would like to have the capability to add anywhere from 2 - 8 people onto a single phone call.

  9. What is going on RingCentral ??????Did you sell our number to Spammers????We are getting daily calls from Spam numbers. This is getting ridiculous. If this does not stop we will Cancel our service. Please help & stop Spam calls from calling our toll number. ASAP

  12. A long list of tasks (complete and incomplete) in the sidebar of a team is not very helpful when there are dozens of tasks. It should be possible to filter them here (complete, section, person, due date) as well as in a summary task management window.

  13. Hi there,We just made an internal investigation and not all of the conference call are being recorded. Why is that so? Your Facebook Support said that it isn't possible but we were able to record conference calls that we use for training. But, when we pull up other calls for other customers, call recordings are incomplete and only saved Inbound and Outbound calls. All conference or 3-way calls are not recorded.

  14. We have several employees who are enabling the DND setting as well as turning their desk/mobile sound off for incoming calls. The phone set up we had with our previous phone system allowed us to block access to these options for standard users but I'm unable to customize or restrict this type of access now.

  17. We are a medical clinic and sometimes when we are closed for more than a week, we want to disable the fax so that messages are not received and the sender knows that their fax was not received. If we cannot do this, we have to respond to every fax and inform them we are closed, etc. It causes legal issues also if we receive a fax and do not respond.We ended up having to move my company fax to an auto-attend number instead and set that to voice only. We think that will work, as fax is not received.…

  18. If you would like to use a pre-recorded prompt from your Prompts Library on an extension's greeting, currently you have to download it from the Prompts Library and re-upload it to the extension. There should be an option to use the Prompts Library on an extension's greeting.

  20. You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.
