We are a scheduling company that has 100+ employees and always are dealing with employees calling out sick. We would like to remind them at a later date to go to work.   6. I don't list a fax number and I get nothing but junk faxes sent to my main line. I have a dedicated fax number if I want to receive faxes. Please add a feature that allows me to stop receiving faxes on my PHONE number.

  10. I strongly suggest adding other 3rd party storage applications such as Sharepoint and Amazon S3 to Archiver Beta. This is beneficial because people need more options to store their backups, not everybody uses dropbox or google drive, or box.

Hello RingCentral Dev team,Please migrate the functionality from https://service.ringcentral.com/.../messages/ page, to the new Windows and Mac RingCentral GLIP App. Enable the Queue Managers to listen to and delete queue voicemails right from within the same app that they use to access their personal voicemails. This would be an invaluable addition and keep them working within one unified app.Please and thank you!

  13. I would like the ability to give different IT admins granular read/write/delete role permissions. For example, I want someone to have the ability to view all phone numbers, but not the ability to delete it or to change it. I want to give someone the permission to view the Auto-Receptionist settings, but not change them. Or the ability to update call queue members but not to delete it.

Currently when users login to any RingCentral app (desktop, mobile, web) they are prompted for their email address or phone number first which triggers the manual password signin process only and to sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) users have to click the "Single Sign-on" button first before they enter their email address and continue to be redirected to the company SSO provider. Why not make this process smarter and more user friendly by only requesting user to enter email or phone number and detect the appropriate authentication flow automatically based on account/org setup for the email address entered and…

  15. I would like to be able to export my entire Phones & Devices inventory to CSV without contacting Support first. They can always generate it for me pretty easily, but it feels like this should be a feature included by default. I imagine it as an "Export to CSV" button at the top, by Add Device, which would let you filter out what to include in the device export file.

For those users and organisations that do not have Office 365 or Google Services but instead have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016, it is not possible to see a list of scheduled meetings and actually start them.The RC-Meetings App correctly displays Scheduled meetings as a list and from there you can start them. RC Desktop and Mobile Apps do not. Its is handicapping the users that have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016.The Outlook 2016 integration into Outlook 2016 doesn't do it either.What we could do with is by default all scheduled meetings appearing natively in the Meetings section…

  17. Let's say I go on vacation and forward all my calls to Deana. When someone calls my line and the call forwards to Deana it should have an identifier similar to queue calls - FRWD FRM Heather Franklin-Tupper or something to that effect. That way Deana knows the person originally called for me but they got forwarded to her.

  20. We would like to have a company wide rule that we can set in the case of a company wide shutdown. This rule would allow all IVR and call queues to act like it's after normal business hours. Basically we would like a button that switches the system into after hours mode. Currently we have to go through and manually modify all IVR and call queues with reduced working hours.
