Sending multiple fax pages at once
Currently at your support website, the limitation of your fax pages we should be able to send is up to 200. I've tested this multiple times, but it always fails to send despite not exceeding the size limit. I've contacted support about this but they're recommendation is to break the faxes by batch making it 100 pages per fax. A feature which allows us to send faxes with more than 100 pages on it per fax will be greatly appreciated.

Presence status on Plug-In not in sync
When you have the desktop App and the Plug-In parallel working and you have a call/conference started on the desktop App, the presence status on the Plug-In does not change - (much more you somebody can call you - you know: no consistent busy management as we know - other topic).

File Transfer Using Message in the Ring Central Application
As an admin we have the ability to allow or disallow file transfers in the Messaging area.
This option can be found in the Application by going to Settings/Administration/Messaging
Then drill down to Integrations Settings/Manage File Sharing

Bring back the pre 2024 HUD on the desktop APP
Pre July 2024 APP upgrade you could see users, Call Parks and Call Queue Pick Ups. which was very popular with end users. The new version of the desktop app requires users to switch between individual pages to see the above and is very annoying so bring back the one page HUD

It would be great if "Desktop Pairing" was a feature you could enable by default for all users from the Admin Portal.

blocked outbound caller ID being tagged as spam
When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.
Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

Option to turn off the ability to receive calls from External number
We need to implement the following:
- No External Dial by Extension in IVR
- No External Dial by Directory in IVR
- No External Dial by DID
- But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.
Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

Delete All option for Voicemail
I don't delete my voicemails right away but it would be nice, when I do go to clean it up, if I could delete a group of them or all of them at once. It appears I can only go into each individually to delete them and I don't have time for that.

Allowing Assigned non-Super Admin users to participate in viewing and sending SMS messages using the Company Main Number
As of now, only the Super Admin, while using the RC mobile app, can toggle between their user phone number and the company main number for SMS'ing. We would like to have many non-super admin users (inbound call reps) be able to see and respond to SMS communication on the company main line. This way, the first person available can address the matter in the SMS most quickly.

Ring Hardphone only option for Call Queue
Customer would like a toggle in the call queue that would only ring the agent's desk phone and not their apps for all calls to that queue.
