  2. I'd to be able to view user login activity, with this for auditing user login activity. This view should contain a column for the username and last login date. The view itself can be customizable with more features.

  4. Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.

  5. My users would absolutely love to have the ability to fast forward and rewind through long voicemail messages. They are able to do this from the visual UI when logged in to the service web or apps, however most of our users work from desk phones, and there is no such option when listening to the message by phone.

At work probably 1 in 20 calls on my phone is actually for me.I'm in a call group called Support and I only answer those if they ring for 1 minute or more (as that amount of time means the support team are busy).As the majority of calls that ring on my phone are for support, when I'm engrossed in work and the phone rings, I don't even look at the phone screen unless it's rung for a minute or more, but by doing that, I miss internal/direct dial calls to my phone where people hang up after 10-15 seconds.It…

  8. For international calling, it would be beneficial for customers to be notified when a country has been blocked by RC on our account. Although in the international calling rates section in the admin portal all the countries are enabled, RC monitors and blocks some countries. We practice international law and our attorneys call various countries. We would not know which countries have been blocked until attempting to call, which you then need to submit a whitelisting form which can take 24-48 hours to process.   10. I have been using Ring Central for the past 2 weeks and I wanted to inquire about a feature that would be very useful to our staff here in Hillsborough County. Some phone systems, like Remind, have a translation feature similar to what you see on platforms such as Facebook. Basically, one can type text messages in any language and the recipient can translate it with the click of a button (and vice versa). Now that we are trying to move fully to only the RC App on all devices including Mobile, Web, and desktops, all our Contacts are in a Microsoft account - so we use the "Connect to Microsoft" setting in the RC app, BUT it is only connecting to contacts in our Microsoft Contacts Default folder, not any of our other Contacts folders.We manage several Contacts folders to enable finding/browsing them easier on all our devices (mobile/tablet/computers) and also for sharing only specific contacts with other users. The RC App is not allowing us to connect to these other non-default folders…

  13. I have been asked if there is a way to access past fax, message and call history for employees and ex-employees, several times. Looking through RC, I am finding that this option is not available. Adding this as a function in the admin console of RC would be an amazing help. RC is all about communication. Document management is also a piece of the communication puzzle, just more of the administration side.

For those users and organisations that do not have Office 365 or Google Services but instead have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016, it is not possible to see a list of scheduled meetings and actually start them.The RC-Meetings App correctly displays Scheduled meetings as a list and from there you can start them. RC Desktop and Mobile Apps do not. Its is handicapping the users that have Onsite Exchange and Local Outlook 2016.The Outlook 2016 integration into Outlook 2016 doesn't do it either.What we could do with is by default all scheduled meetings appearing natively in the Meetings section…

  17. It would be very useful to be able to create a message-only extension that does not require interaction beyond administrator creation. Administrators should be able to configure the PIN code and activate without an end user receiving an email and performing activation procedures.

  19. Add firewall rules to the MSI version of RC AppOur Cornell users have been getting firewall popups that they consider frightening (see attached). This user reported this occurred after they had FIOS newly installed in their home last weekend. We are wondering if installation packages could include firewall settings appropriate for all network types users may encounter. At Cornell we centrally deploy the MSI version and our Desktop Support Team uses that to deploy and update versions on a campus-wide basis.
