  2. Inbound call that is transferred to a different user should have one call leg call recording using the Admin portal page.An inbound call was answered by the user from the call queue. The agent transferred the call to a different user extension on the account. The system shows two different call recording legs since it is a transferred call. The customer wanted to have one leg call recording for the entire call duration to be available under the Call log tab from the Admin portal page.

  3. Would be nice to be able to route calls to an overflow queue when maximum hold time for the queue has been reached. Currently the only option is to send the call to voicemail. The ability to send the call to another call queue would be very helpful.

  5. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  7. The SMS/ Text message feature is very useful, but the current implementation is very rudimentary. Modern messaging applications found on any mobile device, or apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage and even Google Chat have the option to react/ like a person's message. This is useful when you want to acknowledge that you received a message without actually sending a message back.Please see the implementation in any modern messaging app. You receive a message from someone.   8. Add the ability for clients that have multiple sites to use either a 'company directory' or 'site directory'. For 'site directory', this will limit callers to identify individuals at the site they have called into. Additionally, you could use an extension list to build the site directories and allow the IVR to point to that extension list only.

  9. Both internal and external calls are recorded if the account's ACR is enabled.There are some users who prefer not to record their internal calls and just want to record their calls to external(non-RC numbers).

  10. I would like to have a notes/description field added to each user extension in service web that will allow any admin to make notes on the user. This should be visible to only user admins. For example, notes on why settings have been configured a certain way.

  12. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

Hi,Please can you add support for queues in call pickup groups?We have a use case across our business where individuals / functional areas of our stores do not want to be members of queues or as overflows, but optionally pickup a call for colleagues in another (functional) area who's phone/device may be located in close proximity. RingCentral Office voicemail recordings are retained indefinitely until deleted by the end user by one of three methods; RingCentral Service Portal, Google Chrome Extension, or by manually dialing into the voicemail box and deleting the message. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to set a new/old message retention period.

  18. If you receive a New Text Notification in email, it would be great to be able to reply to it and have the reply message go back to the originator of the text. This would eliminate having to go in the RingCentral app to reply.

  19. In the previous version of the RingCentral app, we're able to leave message updates in relation to given tasks. This new version doesn't have that, and it makes keeping tasks organized super tricky!

  20. Good morning,We would like to schedule meetings using our default mac osx calendar with our RingCentral GLIP app, opposed to using Office 365 or Google. When will GLIP integrate with Apple's Mac OSX Calendar? This is a very need feature we would find very helpful if implemented.
