Retain caller ID when transferring external calls on Yealink and Mitel Phones
When transferring a call to a Yealink or Mitel phone, the caller ID of the one who is doing the transferring is being shown versus the one who is being transferred. It would be great to at least have the option to have it one or the other for Yealink and Mitel phones. I saw it was implemented for Poly, Avaya or Unify deskphones as well as the softphone app (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48015701-retain-caller-id-information-regardless-of-blind-w). We currently use Yealink models T46U, T48U, and T57W, as well as Mitel IP 480s. Thanks!

After hours - Exemption
It would be ideal if there were a way to create an exception to the after-hours rule—specifically, to allow internal calls to still ring the device even when after-hours routing is set to forward calls to a mobile number.

Voicemail Response Time Limit
Have the ability to set length in minutes for voicemail responses. Our customer stated to used to have it for 3 minutes and automatically cuts, prompting to the caller limit is reached. This was working just fine for the customer however they are now receiving messages longer. They need to be able to set this back to 3 minutes or adjust to preference

RingCentral Presence and Google Calendar Integration
An option is needed to override the user's Presence Status when a meeting concludes earlier than its scheduled duration. Currently, if a meeting ends early, the user's status remains unchanged and does not automatically switch to "Available." This occurs because, according to the Calendar, the meeting duration is still ongoing.

SMS Shared inbox: Resolve feature
The Resolve feature is helpful, but it should not permanently close the SMS conversation. It would be better to allow the thread to reopen automatically if the client or a team member replies, rather than archiving it completely.
