  7. When transferring a call to a Yealink or Mitel phone, the caller ID of the one who is doing the transferring is being shown versus the one who is being transferred. It would be great to at least have the option to have it one or the other for Yealink and Mitel phones. I saw it was implemented for Poly, Avaya or Unify deskphones as well as the softphone app (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958493-phone-messaging/suggestions/48015701-retain-caller-id-information-regardless-of-blind-w). We currently use Yealink models T46U, T48U, and T57W, as well as Mitel IP 480s. Thanks!

    Currently, chat messages exchanged during RingEX audio conferences are not retained in users' personal chat history. We request the ability to automatically save the conference chat in each participant’s RingEX chat window.

    Problem:
    Important messages, links, and decisions shared in the conference chat are lost after the session ends, making it difficult for users to reference or follow up.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    Automatically store the full conference chat transcript in the RingEX chat history of all participants.
    Optionally, mark it as “Conference Chat” with a timestamp and meeting title.
    Ensure it respects data retention policies and user permissions.

  16. Have the ability to set length in minutes for voicemail responses. Our customer stated to used to have it for 3 minutes and automatically cuts, prompting to the caller limit is reached. This was working just fine for the customer however they are now receiving messages longer. They need to be able to set this back to 3 minutes or adjust to preference

  18. The customer using RingCentral for HubSpot would like to add a feature that automatically populates Contact Names/Deal Names in the Admin Portal Call Logs. Currently, the contacts sync only affects the personal and company directory on the RingCentral application side.

  19. An option is needed to override the user's Presence Status when a meeting concludes earlier than its scheduled duration. Currently, if a meeting ends early, the user's status remains unchanged and does not automatically switch to "Available." This occurs because, according to the Calendar, the meeting duration is still ongoing.

  20. The Resolve feature is helpful, but it should not permanently close the SMS conversation. It would be better to allow the thread to reopen automatically if the client or a team member replies, rather than archiving it completely.
