Download team messaging
I am writing on behalf of our customer who has expressed a need to be able to download a conversation in the RingCentral App. It would be nice if there is an option to download the entire conversation in RingCentral App Message. During post go-live support, some customers do not want to just copy and paste the entire conversation because it captures unnecessary information and its tedious. I hope there is a better way to download a conversation in RingCentral App Message.

Group Text Messaging
I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose. Feature request:
Ability to redirect all second calls AUTOMATICALLY from the RC App, when the user is already on a call.Scenario: The customer does not want agents to need to take an action when they are already on a call. Nor do they want the 2nd caller to wait while the call is redirected manually. The call waiting feature does not cover this scenario. If you enable "call waiting" it still asks the agent to decline manually and the caller gets a busy tone. If you disable call waiting it will send the call to voicemail instead.

SMS Reporting | Distinguish between internal and external SMS and Track failed SMS attempts
We would like to request an enhancement to the current SMS reporting system on the admin portal. Specifically, we need the ability to:
Distinguish between internal and external SMS – The current reports do not separate internal SMS from external SMS. A clear distinction in the logs would help us easily identify and filter these messages.
Track failed SMS attempts – Currently, there is no way to track failed SMS attempts. Adding a feature to report on failed SMS deliveries would provide more visibility and allow for quicker troubleshooting.

ASAP HELP/ Ring central new update trouble/ TEXTING
Every time I send a text, it wants me to send a new text right then and there. Even when there is an existing text thread, it wont show me right then and there. I see how this feature can be helpful if there's not an existing thread. But now I have to send a "." txt then jump back into what was just said previously. I don't want potential drivers to think that this is unprofessional. But at this point its becoming a hassle. It would be nice if the system acknowledges that there isn't an existing thread to…

Option to Add on the Authorized/Permitted Email Just the Email Domain Aside from Actual Individual Email Address
There should be an option under Email-to-Fax where-in you can add just the email domain (Ex. @linksattuscaloosa.apartments) on the Email addresses permitted to send faxes so that everyone with email addresses on the same domain can send faxes using the extension's assigned fax number/numbers.

Ability to show incoming calls for IOS when on Silent mode
When turning on the Silence incoming calls on IOS mobile app, it doesn't show a pop up window for the incoming call. We need a setting that will show an incoming call on the phone even if its on silent mode to answer it.
