  2. We need to implement the following:

    • No External Dial by Extension in IVR
    • No External Dial by Directory in IVR
    • No External Dial by DID
    • But allow internal calls and transferring external calls to the users.

    Essentially, they should not receive any phone calls from outside parties without being transferred by someone internally.

  4. It would be great if there's no gap on the ring when the call is being forwarded to an external number so that the caller would not know that their call is being forwarded.

  5. Have a seperate sections for sms texts to be saved into a seperate folder area (not add to favorite texts) so that we can have it saved for future leads when we have texts that we want saved without going through 50 to 5000 sms texts going down the line we have with all the sms texts.

  6. We have a Central Office and many Satellite sites, we need to enable a few specific staff members to be able to set their Caller ID to any of the Satellite Sites, at the moment this is a site by site basis.

  8. please create a portal for monitoring live calls in a call center environment where i can see waiting calls, serviced calls, abandoned caalls, longest waiting, average waiting average talk. also include a live view of the person on the call and the person they are talking to. also show users that are in a queue that are active and not actively on calls

  9. Devices within a certain location should no longer require an OTP/code when signing in to different devices. The two-factor authentication should detect the login within the same server and should no longer require repeated 2FA/OTPs across computers/devices.

  10. Able to select default region in the RingCentral mobile app. Currently we can change the region but after sometime or closing the mobile app it will revert back to UK/US. I want the region we select be the default.

  14. When we phone out, our location on people's caller ID shows us located in a different city and province than where we are located. This is becoming a problem as people are sensitive to possible scams and/or want to deal with local companies only. We have to explain that it's VOIP and when we signed up this was how the number was assigned but people are skeptical. Also, some won't answer our calls because they aren't local. There should be a way to change the number of locations to reflect where we are!

  15. not receiving 2 factor authentication via whatsapp, sms not going through and getting an error to try again after an hour,sms not even showing on sms log under admin portal. tried 2fa via call but calls are disconnecting which also shows on our call logs tried other RC numbers but not being recognize as U.S number even though that it is U.S number.

We have a customer with a direct dial set up for their Call Queue, and after hours, the call is routed to an IVR with keypress options that should direct the call to voicemail within the same Call Queue. However, the issue is that the call is getting stuck in a loop within the IVR and not reaching the Call Queue voicemail as intended. They would like this fixed so that the voicemail is correctly routed to the same Call Queue voicemail.

I can get my apple iphone contacts on mobile app but they won't appear in the desktop app. why the two app versions can't sync contact lists seems unreal. please get it to where personal contacts from apple can be in the desktop app. went through support and they said that option doesn't exist. Thank you!
