    Implement the ability to assign a direct inward dialing (DID) number or digital number to paging groups. This enhancement would allow users to initiate a page by dialing the assigned DID number, in addition to the existing method of dialing the extension.

    Benefits:
    Increased accessibility for paging groups
    Simplified paging process for external callers
    Enhanced flexibility in paging options

    Additional Notes:
    This feature would particularly benefit organizations with frequent external communications or those requiring quick access to paging functionality.

  3. Messaging notification on the account when someone send an SMS to the phone number assigned to the site is being sent to the operator of the main site.

    We would like to receive the SMS notification on the SMS recipient of the specific site and not the operator of the main site.

  7. I would like to formally request the inclusion of the Poly VVX350 and Poly VVX250 models for customizing soft keys using a key template. Currently, only the Poly VVX450 is compatible with this feature, allowing the addition of external numbers on Presence. Expanding compatibility to include the VVX350 and VVX250 would greatly enhance the flexibility and functionality of the system.

  9. The app has a limitation that allows renaming up to 30 groups, and any attempts to rename more than that will result in failure. We would like to request an increase in the number of groups that can be renamed within the app.

I would like a prompt to say that the customer has entered an invalid extension if they do not hit one of our assigned key presses, and then go back to the ivr menu so they can chose a new key press. it seems customers our entering direct extensions so calls will only ring to that extension specifically even if they are on a call or away from their desk resulting in missed calls or voicemails when other team members are available.

  14. I have advised my clients that when they want to cancel their appointment for my business to send a text message containing the word "CANCEL" to my company number. Instead of me receiving just the SMS those customers ending up on the OPTED-OUT numbers, now I have no way of sending SMS to them. Please remove this keyword "Cancel" from automatically going to opted out number, my keyword for opting out of SMS is "STOP"

We would like to request an enhancement to the RingCentral platform that provides more prominent and clear warnings for administrators when removing numbers from queues and other related processes. Currently, the available options to return numbers to inventory can be vague and unclear. It would be beneficial to have clearer guidance on how to manage numbers during this process.

    This feature request aims to reduce confusion and improve the overall user experience when managing number licenses and inventory within RingCentral.

  20. the ability to set your main number as outbound caller id as default on your account. While you would still have the flexibility to select other numbers as needed, the system should automatically revert to your primary number as the outbound caller ID once the call is completed.
