  2. Stop multiple messages from just one number, for example when we communicate with this number, this number sends like 10 messages but one information like he will say "yes" on the text but will be sent like 10x, I want to stop that because the charges increase on our system.

  4. DELETE MULTIPLE CHAT MESSAGES - Chat Messages are limited to 60 messages per folder. It would be helpful if we could delete multiple chats at a time.

    This feature is available for voicemails, calls, & texts already!

  5. REDUCE WIDTH OF MESSAGE FOLDER/SIDE MENU - RC App (Desktop: Windows (x64) app.ringcentral.com)
    The Message Menu could be thinned by almost an inch, and smaller fonts can be used to increase the width of the Conversations on the right.
    I have multiple windows open on 2-monitors limiting my display area. The Message Menu hides if I reduce the width of the window to 9" or less. It would be nice if I could see the Message Menu AND the Conversations in Chat within a 6"-8.5" width window.

Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

  7. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.

  10. In RingCentral, setting up a limited extension for Hot Desking is simple—just check a box. This allows the phone to default to the assigned extension, enabling it to make and receive calls, but also lets users log in with their own extension and PIN. Once they log out, the phone reverts to the limited extension. However, this functionality isn’t available for standard user extensions. To use Hot Desking with a standard extension, the device must first be converted into a Hot Desk phone, which prevents calls from being made unless someone is logged in.

  12. The customer wants to have a settings/feature that will block the user from using the RingCentral App and keep them away from their company. There should be a "IP block" or "Geo IP Blocking" option in the admin portal to make sure that the Users will not use the account when out of the office

  15. Background:

    The account is currently set to loop calls between two call queues.
    They wanted a feature in which call looping continues indefinitely until someone answers the call.
    Currently, it only allows the call queue to loop twice then the call disconnects and got the error "we're facing a technical problem, please try again later."

  16. In my org, we have users who have multiple lines assigned or Groups. To have them work simultaneously or switch between texts and lines in an easier fashion within the app would be incredibly helpful, instead of accessing through the web browser

  17. I’m looking for a way to have the outbound call go through the mobile app instead of the desktop app and desk phone. Our users don’t have headsets for their computers, but do have earbuds for their cellphones, so we want to click to dial and have it ring through the cell phone app only.
