Enhanced Call Logging for IVR-to-Queue Routing Visibility
This request seeks to improve call log accuracy for calls routed through an IVR to a Call Queue, specifically to ensure "Missed" states are captured correctly without requiring workarounds. This enhancement will provide full visibility into the caller journey and eliminate the current technical trade-off between SMS functionality and reporting accuracy.

App option to adjust call handling rules based upon Outlook Calendar sync.
The ability for call handling settings to automatically adjust when a user’s Outlook calendar status indicates they are “In a Meeting.” At present, the integration updates the user’s presence to “In A Meeting,” but calls are still routed through, leading to interruptions.
To prevent this, users must manually set their status to “Do Not Disturb.” It would be highly beneficial to introduce a configurable option that automatically routes incoming calls to voicemail when a user is marked as “In a Meeting.” This enhancement would streamline the user experience and reduce the need for manual intervention.

Manage call recording using a user group instead of a queue or individual extension
We would like to create user groups and assign users to those groups for whom we want call recording enabled. For example, you have 15 people from accounting, and we want to record all 15 staff members' calls, inbound and outbound. This requires it to be sent individually to record that extension. We would like to be able to create a user group that will allow us to add a user to that group, and they will automatically be included with those recording settings.

Merge recording and AI notes warning message
When the customer is in a call with an agent, he would hear 2 separate system messages to signal him that the call is being recorded and that RC AI is taking notes of the call.
Would it be possible to merge the 2 system messages into one when recording and AI notes is automatic on all calls ?
It would be less confusing for the customer

Ability to received email notification with content of the Messages (Direct/Team Messages) received on RingCentral APP
We want to include the content of direct and team messages in email notifications when receiving them on the RingCentral app. This feature is only available for SMS we also wanted this for the messages in the RCAPP.

Separate inbound sms from Outbound sms
Wants to filter/separate the inbound sms from outbound sms. On the RingCentral app, under the Text tab, there is a search option for messages; however, there is currently no feature to filter results by inbound or outbound messages only.

Enhanced Audio Management: Option to Mute or Lower Call Waiting Alerts During Active Calls
Features that allow granular control over call waiting notifications. Currently, the loud audio alert for incoming calls makes it difficult for their team to focus on active client conversations.
Ability to either silence or lower the volume of the call waiting tone on specific direct lines without disabling the feature entirely. This would allow the main reception line to maintain full alerts while providing a better acoustic experience for staff on direct lines.

Make DND, Call Forwarding, and Spam Blocker Settings Independent for External Numbers in Ring Groups
Description / Idea:
Currently, when external numbers are included in a ring group (Ring Settings), any DND, call forwarding, or spam blocker rules applied to those external numbers can unintentionally affect the behavior of the other internal extensions in the same ring group.Proposed Improvement:

Description: Dear RingCentral Support Team,
I am currently integrating RingCentral with Bitrix24 via SIP.
At the moment, our company has around 30–50 employees, and each user account requires a separate SIP connection (port) to function properly. However, Bitrix24 is currently limiting us to a maximum of 10 SIP connections, which creates a significant constraint for our operations.

Outbound Caller ID: Fixed assignment of IVR numbers to specific user
Under the Caller ID restrictions, the "Allow direct numbers as Caller ID" option currently enables end users to call out using all IVR numbers. However, the user should only be able to use the specific IVR Menu number assigned to them as their outbound Caller ID, without access to any other IVR numbers.
