  4. It would be helpful if we can see timestamp when we receive fax. Most people sending faxed have not configured time on their fax machine, so it always shows incorrect time on faxes.

  5. Currently Cell phone app rings at same time as desktop app. There is no way to separate those functions.I would like the ability to assign the cell app to ring maybe 2 rings after the desktop app allowing me to pick up from desk before it starts ringing my cell as well.

  8. Customer has a separate extension for their fax number and no one is signing in to it. They want the faxes to still do Print-to-Fax even without being required to sign in. Faxes are received but it doesn't print automatically when no one is signed in to the fax extension

  9. Dino is on the phone and I ask for a call back when he is off.When his line is free, my phone then rings and once I pick it up, his phone then starts to ring.Saves me having to keep looking at my desk phone to see when he is off his call. It was a great built in Mitel feature.

  10. When creating a new user, the welcome email does not provide the site number. Instead, it is showing the main company number. Can we have an option when creating a new user, add the site number to the welcome email.

  11. Currently, the max view that we can see in the RingCentral App for scheduled meetings is 3 days. We wanted to have the option to view the meetings that were scheduled ahead of time Weeks or Months. We are used to using GoToMeeting where if you schedule a meeting for the future…like a board meeting…and that meeting has a password, you can change the password at any time. With RingCentral, you have to wait until the meeting is less than three days away in order to change it. That isn’t useful at all for us.

Please add the ability for Admin users to be able to review all messages (voicemails, texts, etc.) for all extensions on a RingCentral account.I run a CPA firm, and sometimes we have to verify information that is sent or communicated from clients. However, it is sometimes difficult to do that as a supervisor as only the subject extension can review specific messages.

  13. When turning off Call Waiting currently callers are redirected to Voicemail. There should be options available so a call can be redirected to other places not just voicemail.Call Not Answered has the ability to select different option to redirect the call so Call Waiting should have the same ability.

  14. There is add number or coworker in the user list when you edit a single user settings, but when you create a user template, you can't add number or coworker which cause a lot work when we create new users.

  15. Currently this model can only update to 6.4.4. I think 6.4.6 version will add some compatibility with the BT700 headset on these phones.

  17. When you are on DND and set a status message, it is easy to forget to remove the status message if you click Turn off DND. This is confusing to other employees who are trying to see if that person is available or not when the status message is not updated.
