  1. External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

Cisco 8861 shows the name of the user repeatedly same goes with the other phones, even if they already factory reset the device, this seems to be a normal behavior and might be caused by the current firmware version. The workaround right now is we added an extension on the presence for the name of the user not to show repeatedly.

  7. When we copy/paste a screenshot or image into an SMS Text thread it just shows "image.png" and we have no way to confirm if it is the correct image sent to the correct customer/person. We deal with sensitive financial information and this risk bears great consequence for us. Please make a way to see the image that is being pasted into the SMS thread!!

  9. For a short time, we had the ability to check a box, that appended a message with verbiage that added the OPT OUT wording (see attachment). That feature is now gone. Please bring it back! One of the most helpful SMS things I've seen and used! Please bring it back ASAP.

  11. I would like to see a button similar to Cisco's Hlog button on physical phones. This would allow the user to change their status for queue calls from the physical phone instead of forcing them to log in to the application to do so. Possibly with a status light on the button to indicate if they are logged in or not.

  12. The new Cross-Site Access Management feature just got added and was enabled by default. A lot of customers were not aware of this feature being added and suddenly lost access to information from other sites.

    We would like to disable the feature by default or at least allow clients to opt-out of this feature.

    Currently, when dialing an extension, pressing the # key routes the call directly to that extension's voicemail. However, this command does not apply to Call Queues.

    Feature Request Description:
    Request to modify the current system behavior to allow the # sign command to route calls directly to the voicemail of the individual users within a Call Queue when dialed.

    Use Case / Business Need:
