  1. When you export the existing file, you cannot put the same data for mobile numbers and company numbers. It will give you an error unless it is a different number. Hope you can input the same number for them.

    Description:

    This feature request proposes the implementation of a call monitoring user log. This log will track and record instances where users access and listen to monitored calls.

    Functionality:

    The log will record the following information for each call monitoring event:
    Date and Time of access
    User who accessed the call (Username or ID)
    Call Details (Caller ID, Call Time, Direction - Inbound/Outbound)
    The log will allow for filtering and searching based on various criteria, such as:

  6. The voicemail time is too short. Is there a way to increase the time limit, the ideal time limit would be up to 10 minutes. We service all time zones w/ calls coming in after hours. It is very frustrating for the client to call back to continue a voicemail 2 to 3 times.

  7. Sending this ideas on behalf of the customer. To have super admins get an access with meeting recordings hosted by another users/extensions without asking for their approval or getting the meeting recording forwarded to their email, etc.

  11. We encounter a problem where our main extension isn't following the correct call forwarding that was set up on the user extension. Tech rep fixed the issue by recreating the extension itself. The issue is when the newly created extension doesn't have the SMS content that we originally had on the corrupted extension and I found out that there's no way to transfer the SMS from one corrupted extension to the new recreated one other than manually forwarding it.   12. Currently messages error when internet connection is not active. It would be great to have an offline mode. Once back online it can then send the messages again. At the moment it just errors and the user has to remember to reset manually. Our competitors like Teams offer this.

  15. Robert Half wants to enable SMS for all users and have any customer able to opt out to SMS which should then be honored for every RC extension. If one of their clients requests to stop SMS, than nobody at Robert Half should be able to SMS that number.

  18. Red Hat is in the process of turning up a new custom engineered BYOC gateway in Dubai, UAE. They needed local UAE DIDs.   19. Allow users to create a generic OOO message.

    Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.

    This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.

    Example:
    You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.

    I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].

    I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

    If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.
