Autoprovision Yealink T54w Display Name
Ability for Yealink T54w to Display First and Last Name. We have Yealink T54W phones setup with auto provisioning. When they provision the phone display shows the users phone number instead of the first and last name of that user. The virtual AI said it should show the name and not the number so it seems like something is wrong. We would like it to show the name.
I am able to change the name from the phones UI, but if it reboots we lose that setting when it auto provisions again.

Dial by Searchfield
It would be useful, if it is possible to dial via the search-field. When I paste a Number there (oder put in in manually) and there is no contact and i press enter, nothing happens.
Instead of "nothing happens" it would be great, if it is a number (even if there is no contact), that it is dialed with the phone. So it is not neccessary to switch from Messages or Journal to the dialpad and paste the number there.

Add TTS for Personal Call Handling
TTS is avaiable in an IVR, for the personal extension you only can use either the default section oder you can record and upload a prompt. You can input directly as text and have this as TTS. There are several occasions where this is beneficial for an end user to swiflty change prompts.

Show True Caller ID vs BLF String
Mitel phones, such as the 6940W, should show the proper caller ID of presence synced users vs a BLF string. Currently, the call history on these devices show a BLF string, which is confusing to customers. The ask is to have the proper caller ID for the user show during the call at all times and in the call history at all times.

Improve Recording Playback Audio Quality From Service Web
Please add options to the media player used in Service Web > Call Logs as current the 8kHz mono MP3 format is not adequate quality for clear playback.
Options to play the uncompressed/higher quality recording without having to download the recording would improve the function and service greatly.

The ability to reply to a specific text within that same thread, to clarify what your response is directed to (like normal smart phones e.g. iphones, etc)

Mass import phone numbers for call rule
To create a call rule where certain Contact phone numbers calling in go directly to a specific voicemail. There are hundreds of these phone numbers, so adding them one at a time to the call rule is not feasible.

User Group Manager should have an option to download call logs of the User Group.
There should be an option for the user group manager to download call logs of the user group members not just the access to view it.

Support Multiple Account Sign-Ins with SSO in RingCentral App
Currently, the RingCentral App allows multiple account sign-ins only when the accounts are not using Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled for one or more accounts, users are unable to add and switch between them. This creates a limitation for users who need to manage multiple SSO-enabled accounts.

When customer tried to add a T-Mobile phone number for text notifications, the carrier list does not include T-Mobile. Please include T-Mobile as part of the carriers to received SMS notification.

AI Assistant extensive notes
We have just recently started testing the AI functionality with RingCentral and we noticed that even though the notes are very accurate, they are also very short and miss a few quantitative data points we think would be interesting to have collected.
We are in the healthcare industry and some of those data points would include the Member ID, NPI, Date of Service, TIN, etc.
Are those settings we can change in the application to have some more extensive notes taken? Or is this feedback we can share for future development maybe?

Allow all extensions to send SMS from main Company extension
We are applying for TCR SMS for our company. I was just told that ONLY 1 extension can send out SMS from the main company number. This is not very useful since we need multiple users to be able to send out SMS from the main company number!
