Increase Retention Period for Sent Faxes
Currently, the retention for sent faxes is set for 30 days. It will be beneficial if this could be stored longer as the email transmission results notification does not contain the actual fax file attachment

Allow multiple participants in conference call using Mitel phone
With MITEL, was able to do conference call with multiple people that allows more than 3 participants. When switched to RingCentral, can only do up to 3 people including the initiator. With RingCentral, call the first person, hit conference button, dial the second person, then hit the conference button again to join. Then, after this conference button disappears and there is even no option to add more person in the call.

Enable forwarding calls to external numbers to allow voicemail in RingCentral if unanswered.
Customer requests call forwarding from User extension to an External number. If no answer, they should be able to leave a voicemail to their RingCentral Voicemailbox.

Receive SMS notification from the Receiving Number if it is inactive, or disabled for SMS
Whenever the customer do an auto reply, auto send via SMS to different numbers , they want to have the ability to identify or get a notification if the receiving number is an invalid number, either landlines that cannot receive messages, or if messaging to those numbers are not allowed or provisioned by their carrier. They should not get an error that says "Message cannot be sent".

Block External Calls, Allow Internal Calls in bulk option for numbers instead of manually
We have a single user that is getting hit with a ton of spam calls. We've tried to block robocalls, calls from pay phones, and calls without a caller ID. They added their number to the Do Not Call list, but are still getting too many calls. They would like to block all external calls, but allow any internal calls. The Habegger account has hundreds of numbers. I'm looking for a way to accomplish this without manually adding numbers to a trusted list. Is this possible?

AI notes for conference calls with 3+ callers.
Requesting to add the AI Notes feature for conference calls with 3 or more individuals and/or transcript of the call. We get AI Notes up to adding the 3rd caller & then notes stop once a 3rd person is added to the call.

Callback Queue Languages

Use the MVP Number as the caller ID.
We have a customer who would like to use the DL Line as their caller ID. Unfortunately, this is not possible, as this feature is only available with a local number and the Auto-Receptionist.

Option to Add a Greeting
We have a customer requesting the addition of a greeting before the Welcome Greeting prompt when dialing a number.
For example, when a caller dials an extension, they would like to hear a prompt saying, "This call may be monitored or recorded to ensure quality service," followed by the Welcome Greeting.

include the caller's phone number in the call log details on the mobile app.
The mobile phone details are currently only displaying the name, city, and state, but not the phone number. We need the phone number to be included when viewing the call details on the mobile app.
