  1. If the user is added to call forwarding/call routing of other users. If they answer the call, the indicator light should appear "RED". they already engage the call / answered the call.

  2. There's no option on the https://support.ringcentral.com/download for Auto Update for RingCentral App for IT, it's only showing "Non-Auto Update" only
    Wanted to have the option to use the Auto Update for RingCentral App for IT from the download page: https://support.ringcentral.com/download

  3. In the favorite contacts list in the RC app, you can see the status of your favorite contacts, if they're available or on a call. But you can't see who the person is on a call with.

    In the HUD, you can see who the person is on a call with.

    Bring this feature to the favorite contact list too! I use the HUD to add contacts to my phone buttons, and don't have the same list set up on my favorite contacts.

  6. Currently, when call forwarding is enabled for EX User extensions, the forwarding logic does not distinguish between voice and fax calls. When a call terminates directly to a User extension, the system can differentiate between fax and voice calls and handle them accordingly. However, when forwarding is enabled, both fax and voice calls are forwarded indiscriminately, causing fax calls to be treated as voice calls.

    We request an enhancement to the call forwarding logic to allow the system to distinguish between voice and fax calls when forwarding is enabled. This would enable fax calls to terminate correctly to the User…

  10. we have paging devices set up. is it possible to have in coming calls ring on the paging device
    it doesn't need to receive the call, I just want to play a ringtone over the paging device when a call comes into a specific line. is that possible?
    is there another solution to playing a ringtone through a audio broadcast system on a manufacturing floor

  15. Please have call recordings on a single recording for calls that have been transferred - 1 recording total when incoming call has been transferred to another phone/employee. It is difficult and frustrating to have to search and listen to multiple recordings for a single call.

  18. Currently when uploading a list of external shared contacts they appear in All contacts and Company contacts. It would be much more useful if once uploaded these external shared contacts could be added to a new group for instance Vendor Contacts, Outside Sales Rep Cell Phones, etc... that could be shared with all phone system users.
