  3. Everytime a User is added to a Call Queue, they get an email about being added to that queue. This is really annoying to my users, as we're using API's to move users in and out of Queues all day.If there was a setting at the User level to prevent getting this notification, or better yet, at the queue level to prevent notifications that would be great.

  7. We want to have an IVR play the pre-recorded prompt once, then connect it to the requested extension. Having to wait the extra two plays, especially for longer recordings is very cumbersome for customers.

  11. As the world changes, more and more people will become hybrid employees - working in the office some times and working from home at other times. The RingCentral Mobile App is not always reliable - I regularly get voicemails from missed calls when the app never rang. The desktop app is more reliable but not always easy to work with if you are not setup with a microphone and speakers. It would be most ideal if people can have a deskphone at each location. Currently, you need to pay for 2 lines in order to do that because RingCentral only…

  12. In the download User list inside RingCentral. There should be the ability to download a user list including all settings and permissions. Including Recording Status Phone #'s everything all settings. There should also be the ability to make changes to users on the Excel file and upload them to make the change.This is something that is needed especially for audit reasons to verify extension recording settings, permissions, Title Site, User hours. Please add an option to select additional fields so all account settings can be downloaded if needed.

  13. As a Super Admin I would like visibility into ALL the cases that were opened under the company I administer. Without such a view it is incredibly difficult for an admin to track the status of issues and ensure that things are being resolved as needed. Furthermore, when multiple people administer the company, there is a greater tendency of duplicating tickets and efforts.

  14. As an owner, I would not want my salespeople to have the ability to delete a call. Especially, if they are rude to a customer. A user should not be allowed to delete a recording.

  15. Currently users will have to upload the mp3 file for the greeting message.The other greeting messages for the company have been created using text-to-speech already. However, there's no text-to-speech option or feature for the call recording greeting.

  19. We are trying to emulate a feature in our current Avaya PBX that allows multiple extensions to forward to the same IVR menu. For example dialing 12345 or 54321 would end up at a common IVR at 55500. We have custom hours and calling rules setup around 55500 and we would like those to be honored from any of the numbers that were called.It is proposed we setup the 55500 IVR as a separate Site, that allows the handling rules to be shared regardless of which original extension was dialed.   20. I'm an attorney. Text threads/strings have become a source of evidence in many litigation cases. I regularly ask my clients to provide me with an entire thread. Some will send me multiple screen shots. But, some send me the entire thread printed out chronologically; not a screen shot. I thought RingCentral, being a cutting edge company, would have that capability. You don't. I think you should add that capability.
