  1. Submitting a feature request on behalf of the customer to add the Call Monitoring feature on HUD for Mobile app (IOS and Android).   2. When sending a fax from the contacts using the RingCentral app, and the contacts have multiple numbers saved such as business, mobile, or fax. When choosing a contact to whom to send the fax the system should identify automatically which is the fax number. The current behavior is when you choose a contact on the contact list and try to send a fax to that contact with multiple numbers, it always sends to the first contact number and does not automatically send a fax to the fax number registered to the contact reason why the fax is failing because it…

  4. Us account admins need to ensure all user phone numbers are added to our active TCR campaign, but at this time it is not easy to do. Would it be possible to add a TCR Campaign column to the user list download or phone number list download? Or maybe make the TCR assigned numbers list exportable?

  5. It seems SMS use of main company numbers ARE only accessible through the SINGLE dedicated operator. It would be very very helpful to have these numbers accessible for SMS capabilities across other users in the account. You are limiting a very important communications tool and feature to ONE user on the account when we have several users over several locations. either allow other users to have "OPERATOR" features or allow other users access to MAIN COMPANY numbers from the RC APP to sms directly.   6. A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

  7. Please allow for the bulk update and creation of limited extensions. The lack of this feature makes this product difficult to manage for larger organizations that have many spaces where a limited extension phone is more appropriate than a user phone.

  8. This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

  10. Please provide super admin to access to restore the deleted calls logs.also you can give option to backup of fully account to recover the deleted any data.calls logs are deleting diretly from server that is not good. we should have that option to recover that.

  11. When we phone out, our location on people's caller ID shows us located in a different city and province than where we are located. This is becoming a problem as people are sensitive to possible scams and/or want to deal with local companies only. We have to explain that it's VOIP and when we signed up this was how the number was assigned but people are skeptical. Also, some won't answer our calls because they aren't local. There should be a way to change the number of locations to reflect where we are!

  12. It could happen, that 2 calls attempts come in at nearly the same time. The user get both - has to decide, which to take - even when 'call waiting is off'.This should not happen - only one call should get passed though to the user.

  15. Please add the special number feature to the new RC PC application. It works with the old RC PC app, but the prefix is missing in the new app. This is the feature: Add a special number to the beginning or end of the incoming caller ID to help identify the reason for the call.

  16. This is a common ask in the retail market like we faced during the DECATHLON project.
    This will allow for the end user to access a directory based on the following:
    -/ Global Directory (e.g. all stores) tier
    -/ Regional Directory (e.g. stores in 1 city) tier
    -/ Local Directory (e.g. specific store site) tier

    Every store is usually autonomous and needs access to his own directory and is not shared among other stores.
    In case we can’t support site directory - as a minimum the ask is to support search based on multiple criteria:

  17. Pre July 2024 APP upgrade you could see users, Call Parks and Call Queue Pick Ups. which was very popular with end users. The new version of the desktop app requires users to switch between individual pages to see the above and is very annoying so bring back the one page HUD

Businesses have their own IT who manage the applications installed on the agent's devices, it will be easy if some settings on the RingCentral phone app. can be configured on the Super Admin side that will apply to all of the users, like turning off the product alerts which it is asking for users to download the new RingCentral desktop app. which they are avoiding for the agents to install unnecessary application that is not required for the business.
