  3. A number of features for phones are not available except from the admin GUI specific to the phone (such as the Yealink T48). On the phone page in the admin portal, can we add either a link to the individual phone GUI, or a display for the local IP address so that admins can access the portal for the phone without having to physically from phone to phone to look up the address in order to modify the phone.

  5. getting calls from call cue. when i hit ignore, the call goes away but comes right back after a few seconds if someone else in the cue does not pick up. need to find a way to make the "ignore" permanent. it is very frustrating to be on a call or in person with a client and the phone just doesn't stop ringing. It is extremely unprofessional in appearance.

  7. As the world changes, more and more people will become hybrid employees - working in the office some times and working from home at other times. The RingCentral Mobile App is not always reliable - I regularly get voicemails from missed calls when the app never rang. The desktop app is more reliable but not always easy to work with if you are not setup with a microphone and speakers. It would be most ideal if people can have a deskphone at each location. Currently, you need to pay for 2 lines in order to do that because RingCentral only…

  9. We would like to have the HUD active for some users at all times. The real issue is that the pop up for the HUD has to be opened each day, we would like to have the HUD pop up open automatically for the users if possible.

  10. Currently, if a user monitors multiple user's presence, there is only an option to turn on/off "ring my phone" for all users. It would be helpful to allow that setting to be turned on/off by monitored user. This would allow a user to see the status of users on their physical phone, but not have the phone ring for everyone they want to monitor status.So, I would want to have 10 users where I monitor presence, but only 5 of them I want their line to ring when their phone rings.

  11. In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.

  12. Allow callers to press 0, * or # and be transferred to another phone number when the caller reaches your voicemail greeting. Voicemail owners would prefer giving callers a choice on whether to leave a voicemail message, or transfer to another person like an operator, individual or ringing group. Allow within a users voicemail setting to configure the 0, *, or # destination when a caller reaches an individual voicemail box.

  13. When I add a job title for a user through https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/, that job title is not added or synced up with the title in the RingCentral desktop app.This would allow better admin management of the organization.

  15. Current situationCurrently when in the separate external 'Meetings' and app we schedule a meeting for a future time that meeting shows under the 'Meetings' tab at the bottom of the screen.   16. There should be total control of what kind of notifications users receive when there are changes made to their account. In my environment there should not be an email sent out to everyone that is part of a call monitoring group any time there is a change made. There should not be any notification when a role is changed. That responsibility to inform the user should solely belong to us, the Administrators and Supervisors. It's caused a bit of a panic amongst our users when emails, unbeknownst to us are sent out to them regarding changes we've made.

  17. I want to change the keyboard shortcuts. The shortcuts like answering the phone with alt + a I want to change it to f1. I do not have an option to change it.
