  1. There's currently no way to enforce company-wide outbound caller ID settings, and no way to report on user who, for example, have the company number set as their outbound caller ID

Our Facilities personnel are rarely at their desks and, as a result, do not have a desk phone and it is not practical to use the desktop app since they are away from their computers most of the day. They would like to be able to use the Call Queue Pickup feature available on desk phones, the web and the desktop app, but for some reason not in the mobile app.Please add Call Queue Pickup feature to the mobile app.

  3. Would be nice to be able to route calls to an overflow queue when maximum hold time for the queue has been reached. Currently the only option is to send the call to voicemail. The ability to send the call to another call queue would be very helpful.

  4. We often send callers (or offer callers) the ability to leave a message in a message only extension, but we do not have any good reporting of how often this is being used. It would be really helpful to know when a patient selects to transfer to another extension by choice in RingCenteral, or alternatively is forced to go to a message only box

  5. Adding contact from last received number to a common company library rather than saving the number to the user profile. This allows us to trace all contacts and interactions added and there is no duplications of contacts to the company contact library.Currently if 1 user saves the number the other 2 users cannot see it as the contacts if they themselves save it to their profiles. I wish if there was common RC Contact directory where all the phone numbers saved that can be used by all the users.

  6. Please have the capability to add ring group for app and desk phone as of now we can't create ring group for app (mobile/desktop) and desk phone there is no option for app (mobile/desktop) to tick when creating ring group

  7. Ability to setup rules as a company or user that would dynamically change the outbound caller ID based upon the area code being called. Ex. If you have a 972 area code and 469 area code as a company number, if you call someone with a 972 area code your caller ID would show your 972 phone number on the caller ID. If you dial a 469 area code your outbound caller id would show your 469 phone number. If you dial an area code without a rule setup, your default caller id would show.

  11. Assigning the super admin to an extension rather than a person makes it impossible to change as needed. If the super admin leaves the company, then the current procedure would require another staff person to change their phone number. For employees that have had the same number for years, have it listed on their website and business cards, and have given it to clients for years, it is not reasonable to have them change their extension.

  17. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

  18. When a fax is transmitted, the system sends an email that shows the fax number, date, time and number of pages sent as a confirmation. It would be helpful if that information was in the app in a printable format. That way the fax sender could print the confirmation page from the app and send it to the recipient as proof the fax was sent and received without having to save all the emails.

  19. Skype had a sweet feature where calls would appear in a pop-up window on the lower-left of the screen. This would be a nice feature to have, as many times the Ring Central app is minimized in the background and hard to find/answer calls on short notice. The pop-up allows for substantially faster response times to calls, whether its an accept or decline, so that the call can be picked up or rotated to another user in the queue more rapidly.

  20. Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.
