  1. The app has Headset support for Jabra and Plantronics Hub. Please extend this support to Logitech, so we can take advantage of the call control buttons on those devices too.

  2. It would be nice to have a setting to allow all calls to go to voicemail when in meetings, whether they are virtual RC meetings or in person meetings so anything in say a synced Outlook calendar would be able to set phones to DND.

  3. It is very surprising this isn't already built in and would be a crucial feature. EX: When out of office, being able to alert any inbound calls/texts that you are out of office and provide any other contact details. Any other Phone SMS app/device has this feature so adding it would be greatly appreciated

  4. Please create the ability to have different 911 notification people per location. This way someone local can be selected to get notifications for their location but not ALL locations. But also where some can get for ALL if necessary

  7. Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls.   9. When calls RollOver to another queue, they do not show the number that it is trying to RollOut too. This used to be a feature in the old RingCentral Phone App. The app should in include a "From" to indicate that the call came from one extension, and rolled to another.

Please add a place in the admin portal to set the admin password for third party desk phones and third party devices such as ATAs so that they are secured with a password that is known to the System Admin User and does not get reset when changes are made to the devices through the portal. This is for devices such as Yealink phones, Polycom Phones and ATAs.

  16. We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.
