Assign a ringtone to a number or group
Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls. Allow RC users to make internal phone calls after business hours
We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

Improvement for Pausing and Stopping Automatic Call Recordings
It is currently not possible to pause or stop recordings when the automatic call recording feature is turned on. We would like to have that ability. The current method to pause or stop a recording is only available with the on-demand (manual) recording process. Our employees may not remember to start a recording every call - and we may have some people who call and do not want to be recorded. The same option to press *9 to pause an on-demand recording should work for automatic recordings.

It would be useful to have the option to block spam SMS as well as spam calls. We are receiving more and more spam SMS messages to our company's main number.

Bulk delete for sms messages
we have to click each sms message to delete it. This is cumbersome and frankly an elementary need. I cant believe this isn't already an option.

Allow 911 notification email/SMS recipients to be specified by location
For organizations that have multiple buildings, locations, etc. they would like to be able to specify what recipients get the 911 notification based on site. Ex. This was specifically requested by Special School District of St. Louis who has multiple locations in the St. Louis area. They desire to specifically notify key individuals at the location where 911 was dialed from.

Ring Central (Classic) red customizable "Busy" Status
Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).
Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

Add AWAY Option for chat
We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

Fax recipient information
A customer would like to have the recipients information automatically filled
on the cover page of the outgoing fax that he will send aside from the name and phone number.
