  2. We have set business hours for our company, so that outside callers cannot reach us after 5pm, for example. HOWEVER, this also disables our own staff from calling one another. The calls go straight to voicemail. Would like the ability to have business hours for external calls and yet still be able to make calls to our internal RC users that are still in available status.

  3. Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

  4. It would be great to assign all internal calls a specific ringtone and all external calls a different ringtone. This would be a great admin feature.

  5. Currently, all configured extensions are published in the RingCentral Office Directory. Enable administrator the option to choose whether or not a telephone extension is published in the RingCentral Office directory

Please create either a system wide MSI or EXE installer with auto update that can be installed with one user profile on a computer and be available with all other profiles old and new.Right now if we install using the exe installer it will auto update but the next user will need to have RingCentral installed on their profile. Or if we install using the msi installer under an administrator profile other users will also have RC available next time they log in but it doesn't get updates automatically and IT has to either push those updates out or manually…

  7. After bulk delete of user accounts, a pool of unassigned extensions are created. The numbers and licenses are not available for any subsequent bulk user creation because administrators are required to manually click though the delete of each unassigned extension. Manually deleting the unassigned extension is the only way to return the numbers and licenses to the inventory to then be used in any subsequent bulk user creationThis manual process is exceedingly cumbersome for bulk deletes and bulk creates.

  9. Ability for an admin to configure which outbound caller IDs are eligible for an end user to select. Example, not all company numbers, but just some, or only UK numbers and never the US company number, etc.

  12. It would be great if Super Admin have full access to VM and SMS of all the user on the account in the Admin Portal. As a Super Admin, they should be able to view these information for review and reporting on the same place they are managing the settings of the account

  15. When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

  16. It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

  17. Ringcentral would provide a dedicated email address tied to the account. When emails are sent to this address, they are converted to sms messages sent to the number associated with the account. This is useful for IOT devices where foreign equipment can send email alerts only. These email alerts would then be received by RingCentral and converted into SMS messages.

  18. Templates management already allows for changing between various preset fax cover sheets and then applying those settings to multiple users.   19. I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

  20. I would like the ability to centrally backup/archive SMS and MMS messages for Documentation, Audit, and Compliance purposes (HIPAA) using Archiver. We already have the ability to centrally backup call recordings and messages but not SMS. In Healthcare, there is a need to document SMS consents that are currently being done manually. The sms/mms messages are needed for proof. There is not currently a way to do this according to support and developer support for the APIs
