  1. We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

  2. This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

  3. The caller ID for the main company number is shown by default for any text messages sent from any individual extensions. The idea is similar to having caller ID show as the main company number rather than the individual extension.

  5. A customer would like to have the recipients information automatically filled
    on the cover page of the outgoing fax that he will send aside from the name and phone number.
    He would like to add the address, email, name of the person who needs to receive the fax.

  7. Although a short code number has been added to blocked numbers on our operator extension, my users are still getting spam texts from the number. Please add the ability to block these. Furthermore, when I add a short code number to the list of numbers to block, it prefixes the number with the number 1.

  8. Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).

    Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

  9. Ability for an admin to configure which outbound caller IDs are eligible for an end user to select. Example, not all company numbers, but just some, or only UK numbers and never the US company number, etc.

  11. We would like to the ability to use any number we own in our system as caller ID for any user, regardless of which site they are associated with. When Multi-Site settings are in use, only numbers associated with Company Site can be shared across the system for use as caller ID.

  12. Templates management already allows for changing between various preset fax cover sheets and then applying those settings to multiple users. We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

  15. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

  17. We want to have caller ID for all external incoming calls, doesnt matter if its incoming to an extention, direct line, or call que. Not sure why this does not exist yet, very basic thing to have for a phone company. At this stage, we have 35 employees and none of them are able to see who is calling them. Very shocked that RC does not have this in place already.

  18. Currently, you can only add and move teams in/out of folders using a drop-down menu. I think it would be easier if you could just click, drag, and drop teams (and perhaps people too) into desired folders in the left-pane.

  19. On the Admin Portal for Paging Group when they selected all device under Device to Receive Page he system give them an Alert
    You've reached the limit of 25 paging devices. To add new device to the group please deselect one of the already added devices first.They would like to have up to 65 Paging Devices added on Device to Receive Page.
