Increase SMS storage above the current 5000 message limit.
My SMS messages are automatically being deleted after a couple of months, which apparently is how long it takes me to accumulate 5,000 total SMS messages. I have an additional Ringcentral number that gets little use but would not be recognized by my customers. Ringcentral does not allow me to combine the capacity of both lines to use on one extension.

Incoming Call Announcement - Press 1 - Disable for Queues
When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

Allow outbound fax cover sheets to be updated
When you send outbound faxes to someone, you can't specify a person, company, subject, or any of the outbound variables in the cover letter using the Ring Central Application.

"Reply" function for all messages on Glip
It would be great to have the option of replying to any message on Glip and starting a sub-thread. Right now, the only option is to reply to tasks or to quote a message and use that as a way to reply. Having the option of creating sub-threads would clean up the chat a bit and would also help to keep all pertinent messages together so that we don't have to go scrolling through to find all the pieces.

Distinction between internal and external calls by ringtone
It would be great to assign all internal calls a specific ringtone and all external calls a different ringtone. This would be a great admin feature.

It would be useful to have the option to block spam SMS as well as spam calls. We are receiving more and more spam SMS messages to our company's main number.

Forward caller id from Parking Lot
In addition to forwarding caller id's when transferring calls, need to do the same for calls that are 1st parked and then picked up. Currently, when a parked call is picked up its id is Park or something like that.

Feature to remove the press 1 option on call queue calls
End user is requesting to have an option to set the PLAY ANNOUNCEMENT for call queue calls to "NEVER" just like the option that we have when transferring the calls to external number.

Auto DND while computer locked
I work in a help desk capacity and I think an extremely useful feature might be a toggle for Auto DND mode while computer is locked. I primarily answer calls on my computer and would like to be able to step away from my desk and return without having to set my presence. It would have to also restore available presence when computer is unlocked as well, assuming presence was set automatically and not manually.

Please add the ability to have multiple group managers for a usergroup.
Please add the possibility of having multiple group managers for a user group. This would open up the possibility of having multiple group managers by proxy, for example to make call forwarding for group members in case of illness. I think this will help in many companies.

I have 5 users with all diffrent phone numbers. Why can't they all send text messages from the main phone number? th
I need all 5 of my users to be able to text from our main company phone number. My customers don't recognize the phone number and think it's a scam.

Caller ID: Restrict/Grant Access to Caller ID's Per User/Role
Ability for an admin to configure which outbound caller IDs are eligible for an end user to select. Example, not all company numbers, but just some, or only UK numbers and never the US company number, etc.

Option to route to MVP Call Queue voicemail while waiting in Queue
Provide option for callers that are queued up (within MVP Call Queues) to exit the queue and be routed to the Call Queue's voicemail. Currently pressing 0 will route to the "Zero Dialing" configuration of the Site, and pressing * will direct the caller in an attempt to log into the Call Queue's voicemail (that is somewhat concerning in its own right). It would be nice to configure which DTMF digit a queued caller could enter, to route directly to the Call Queue's voicemail.

On the Admin Portal for Paging Group when they selected all device under Device to Receive Page he system give them an Alert
