  1. Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

  2. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  3. When assigning numbers to a TCR campaign it would be beneficial to filter out the numbers that have already been selected, greyed out, and/or connected to a campaign. This will allow us to see a shorter list of numbers that are available to be added to a registered campaign which will make it more user friendly.

  4. Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

  5. Templates management already allows for changing between various preset fax cover sheets and then applying those settings to multiple users.   7. I would like the ability to centrally backup/archive SMS and MMS messages for Documentation, Audit, and Compliance purposes (HIPAA) using Archiver. We already have the ability to centrally backup call recordings and messages but not SMS. In Healthcare, there is a need to document SMS consents that are currently being done manually. The sms/mms messages are needed for proof. There is not currently a way to do this according to support and developer support for the APIs

  10. Inqueue Callback: Changing Number Confirmation Prompt
    Our company would like the ability to change the caller ID confirmation message. Currently, it does not say to hit # to confirm the phone number, causing confusion for our clients. The number will confirm if you press # or wait, but because the prompt does not mention to press #, customers feel like they are getting ”stuck”.

  12. On the Admin Portal for Paging Group when they selected all device under Device to Receive Page he system give them an Alert
    You've reached the limit of 25 paging devices. To add new device to the group please deselect one of the already added devices first.They would like to have up to 65 Paging Devices added on Device to Receive Page.

  14. The 'Busy' or 'Do not disturb' options only really work when you have a scheduled call. Often, if I receive an unexpected call, I do not use these options. If another call then comes in while I am on the first call, it rings loudly in my ears (I use earbuds through my laptop) and can cause a loss of concentration as I manually divert the second call. Surely RingCentral should be able to determine you are already on a call and divert it to voicemail automatically.

  15. This issue s for the MVP product. How to import more than 5,000 Contacts on the RingCentral Admin Portal for all the Users of the Account to have access to the Company directory? For each new entry, the Super Admin can just update it on the Web Portal and this should be automatically updated on the Softphones and Deskphones. For this to be possible, there should be an integration of the Admin Portal and The RingCentral Applications or for each account, there should be an access to the RingCentral Cloud for easy access,

  16. We have received a call from a user asking for an easier way to forward calls from Main company number to an external number and if that can be included on the Auto-receptionist's General settings instead making a work-around to make it possible.

  18. Unable to update/make custom voicemail greeting when Screening, Greeting & Hold Music is disabled for user roles.

    If we can include a separate permission for a role such as greeting, voicemail settings, ringback, screening and hold music restriction.

    The users are now restricted to update voicemail when they are assigned to a role that is restricted for Screening, Greeting & Hold Music.

    This is happening when updating through desktop, mobile and web application.

  19. Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

  20. Ringcentral would provide a dedicated email address tied to the account. When emails are sent to this address, they are converted to sms messages sent to the number associated with the account. This is useful for IOT devices where foreign equipment can send email alerts only. These email alerts would then be received by RingCentral and converted into SMS messages.
