    Hi everyone, while there is great value in understanding the experience of our customers, we have heard the feedback, and we have greatly reduced the frequency of this particular survey on agents calls.

We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

  4. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

  7. We want to have caller ID for all external incoming calls, doesnt matter if its incoming to an extention, direct line, or call que. Not sure why this does not exist yet, very basic thing to have for a phone company. At this stage, we have 35 employees and none of them are able to see who is calling them. Very shocked that RC does not have this in place already.

  8. Currently, you can only add and move teams in/out of folders using a drop-down menu. I think it would be easier if you could just click, drag, and drop teams (and perhaps people too) into desired folders in the left-pane.

  11. Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

  12. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  14. Many times a user receives a voicemail and want to forward it to another user to handle. We cannot receive voicemails via email, so forwarding a voicemail to another extension is a highly valuable feature. This allows the person who received the voicemail to forward it and add additional info to the next recipient without having to write it down and give it to the other person.

  15. Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

  16. Currently calls that are made directly to an extension still rings the 1st forwarding phone of the extension although the user is already engaged in a call. We need to have a feature to disable it, if the user extension is already engaged in a call, the next call should not ring the phone and it should divert to the next available forwarding phone.

  17. We need the ability to warm transfer a caller to an external number, brief the 3rd party and then bring the original caller back onto the line with all parties to make an introduction. Right now the only option is to create a conference call on RC Phone (which has a conference greeting).

  18. To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.

    Hello everyone, this is available in app now. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this functionality. Change how the RingCentral app launches upon startup in desktop app under Settings - General - Launch app at startup.
  19. We have Field Reps that our RingCentral users call on a daily basis. I have been asked multiple times if I can create contacts for the field reps and their mobile numbers for all users so everyone did not have to create them. We have more than 50 contacts. This would be a nice feature for only the Admin to delete/edit/manage/add the "global contact".
