  4. We would like to the ability to use any number we own in our system as caller ID for any user, regardless of which site they are associated with. When Multi-Site settings are in use, only numbers associated with Company Site can be shared across the system for use as caller ID.

  5. There needs to be a way to block spam numbers from all extensions, phone numbers, and groups in one simple master place. Spam has gotten out of control and when you get 100 spam calls per day to different extensions the current options of blocking to the extension one by one or filing it with the DO NOT CALL list does not help. Having to block it to each extension takes a lot of time and adding it to the Do Not Call Registry takes 30 days to process, which doesn't help because tomorrow it will be a new number…

  6. we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

  7. Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).

    Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

  9. Ability for an admin to configure which outbound caller IDs are eligible for an end user to select. Example, not all company numbers, but just some, or only UK numbers and never the US company number, etc.

  11. Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

  13. Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.

  15. I would like the ability to centrally backup/archive SMS and MMS messages for Documentation, Audit, and Compliance purposes (HIPAA) using Archiver. We already have the ability to centrally backup call recordings and messages but not SMS. In Healthcare, there is a need to document SMS consents that are currently being done manually. The sms/mms messages are needed for proof. There is not currently a way to do this according to support and developer support for the APIs

    Hi everyone, while there is great value in understanding the experience of our customers, we have heard the feedback, and we have greatly reduced the frequency of this particular survey on agents calls.
  17. We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

  18. With all participants muted except one speaker, we would like to record the 'speaker video/audio only' for the presentation portion of the meeting. In ringcentral meetings, that is accomplished with spotlight video and then record - glip's video meeting doesn't have that option. This is a crucial option for any presentation or speaker led meeting.

  19. When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.
