  6. We need the Company Fax/SMS Recipient to include multiple people. The issue is when moving a call queue number to an IVR menu, the recipient of fax and text goes from the call queue member list down to a single user extension only in the site IVR settings. It is a limiting factor.

  7. My Admin Team and I have to cover many lines. I would like to assign a different ringtone to each individual line. Right now, I can only change the ringtones for the attendant line entirely. So for example, If I want to make the ringtone a low trill, it changes ALL the lines. I would like Line 1 to be a Low Trill, Line 2 to be a High Trill, and so on. Can you make this feature possible?   8. There are certain members in our company that should never have their calls recorded. Since a lot of people work from home, they should be able to have privileged conservations without the line being recorded.

  12. We don't want popup notifications when every call is placed on Park. This feature began on 6/15 when HUD went from Beta to Live. We want to be able to customize/set our popup notifications so we can control which and when we receive messages, phone calls, etc.

  13. For supported phones like the Polycom VVX 450, we should be able to control all the buttons for all types of uses, not just Presence and park locations. We should be able to add extensions and speed dials, paging groups, etc. to keys on the phone for our users.

  15. This would benefit not only the company but the person administering the phones. On a Cisco phone (88XX) there currently are two address books, a system address book which is not functional and a personal address book which is unique to each phone. In order to have a "company" list, we currently have to utilize the personal address book and manually enter each entry into each phone. If anything changes(additions, changes, deletions), we have to manually change it in each phone. This can be very time-consuming to manage but at present is the only way to get a company directory…

We'd like to have the option to use the desktop app in conjunction with a desk phone like this: When dialing out (from the computer/app): 1) click an extension or click or dial a number.2) your desk phone (e.g. J139) would go "off hook" on speakerphone and the call would be placed. No touches.3) you simply wait for the other person to answer... you never touch your phone.

  18. Our center is the Michigan Poison & Drug Information Center, a federally and state funded entity that handles and manages poisoning and toxicologic emergencies. We are requesting an important feature to optimize our efficiency, specifically the ability for our healthcare staff to return to the call queue at will whenever they need to during the prescribed wrap-up time, which currently is at 30 seconds. At present, if a Group Manager is off, only admins can configure group member settings (such as call forwarding etc.) The only workaround is to duplicate groups (which has to be done manually) and assign to a different manager. Due to RC deployment scale, this isn't viable.Enabling multiple group managers would make this much easier
