Creating new Contact Groups
In contacts, contacts are grouped by Company, Guests and Personal. A feature should be introduced to allow users to create a separate contact group (eg. Clients), for ease of sorting and allocation of contacts.

Set Up Company Outbound Caller Name (CNAM) for UK accounts
It is useful for the company and the called party as the called party would instantly see who is calling them, instead of just a number.

Hide Main Company Number on Multi-Site Accounts
We have a RingCentral account that has many daughter companies under one account. Each daughter company has its own main number, but the softphone will show the parent organization's account number as the "Main Company Number". I can only assume that other accounts are in the same predicament, uncommon though it may be. We would like the ability to choose what sites can see the different company numbers, choose to only show a user the phone numbers assigned to their site, or at the least hide the Main Company Number from the users.

Global Company Address Book (External Users)
We have common vendors that everyone should have on their phone. Everyone would have to add these as contacts manual (even if its in a bulk upload). It would be nice if there was a way to give this power to an admin and have a 'global' address book that someone load on behalf for a select user group.

Answer phone calls with a keyboard shortcut (hotkey) when using the Ring Central App for desktops. Scrambling with the mouse to click on the answer button when receiving a phone call seems. The RC phone app has this feature, why wasn't it added to the ring central app?

Create contact groups to send bulk text messages
According to your site you allow up to 100 receiptients for bulk text messages. There should be a way to create contact groups so if you need to send text messages to a group of people on a regular basis, you can simply select that group and send the message. Similar to teams, however, these recipents do not have RC accounts, but still need to receive text messages from an RC phone number.

Autoreply for SMS and auto forwarding
It will benefit the business where in customer's are not only reaching them through call but also sending SMS. It will also notify their customers through text if they are not available at the time. It should work like the auto reply and forwarding in email.

Automatic Text Replies
This request is coming from a busy primary care doctors office. We use text messaging to communicate with our patients often. Sometimes we get texts after hours and on weekends. It would be great to have the option to send an automated text response when the office is closed letting patient's know other contact options and when our business hours are. I'm sure other businesses would appreciate this feature as well! Never let a client think they are being ignored but instead let them know when you expect a response!

Text message automatic away message
Text messages should have an ability to set an away message, similar to that of an email or changing your voicemail greeting, that will automatically respond to newly received messages. Our employees need a way to let their customers know they are not available if they are out of the office and intentionally disconnected. Without this feature we are constantly having to monitors each others phone lines and it is cluttered and in some cases intrusive.

Tracking offline and online time in RC Status
We used to use Skype for business and it let us know when users were away from there app. We would like to track this in RC but I it does not seem to exist. Please add this feature

Auto Text Replies After Hours
We would love to see the ability to set up an auto text reply and apply it to certain hours, so that when someone texts our office after hours, they will receive an auto reply such as "AUTO REPLY: The office is currently closed. Texts are not monitored after business hours. For urgent needs, please call (xxx) xxx-xxxx." Currently, we are missing vital messages such as staff call-offs because they text our office instead of calling after hours.

Filter download user list
Would like to be able to filter the download user list by Role, Site, Status, and Department before downloading the list. This is beneficial for my company that has over 3000 users and more than 50 site. The download user list should only download what has already been filtered under the users with extensions or download all users.

Allow administrator to turn off Call Log Email Delivery for tenant that enforce SSO only.
Our tenant is SSO only and a terminated user has their Call Log Email Delivery on and we are unable to log in as the user to turn it off due to SSO only. Disabling the user does not stop the email from being deliver neither. We cannot delete the user right away since we need to forward their calls to a main queue for 30 days. Interaction w/ IVR Allows Callers to Remain
We are a major restaurant chain who relies on customers calling our restaurants to place orders, reservations and ask general questions of our store staff. Unable to Conference with Two External Calls
We recently migrated to RingCentral and have come to discover that one of the biggest features we use is not available with RingCentral. From our desk phones, we are unable to conference if the two calls we want to conference are both external. Bone Conduction Support for ADA Needs
I am deaf in one ear and cannot have a headset that covers my other ear since I must be able to hear and help office visitors. There are no supported headsets in the RingCentral recommended list that meet my ADA needs for the desktop version of the app.I currently use a bone conduction headset (OpenComm UC by Shokz) and am unable to use the headset controls to answer or end a call. Select which monitored users ring on your phone.
I like that we can have our phone ring for pickup groups that we are monitoring but would like this to be something that isn't an all or nothing option. I have user extensions on my phone for speed dial purposes that I do not need to have ring when on my phone when they receive a call. Allowing us to pick specific monitored users to ring would be very helpful.
