  2. Customer is coming from CloudCall, which has a local presence option that can auto select an outbound CID(covers most major metro cities) to match the dialed number. RingCX, and Dialpad CC can do this, but if MVP simply had a search feature for its built in Outbound CID selection, it would be more attractive to customers that don't necessarily need a full CC package just for this feature. I have recieved feedback from many prospoects that once that list gets more than 20 numbers in it, it becomes too cumbersome for the end user.

The majority of ACO customers are coming from an Avaya IP Office system, that is feature rich and very flexible, most requests we can overcome on ACO, but the ability to login / logout from Call Queues via Avaya J100 Series phones is one that we cannot overcome. We have provided workarounds of using the mobile app or via Service Web, but often times these individuals do not have a company provided smart phone, there are not any computers in the area or are individuals that just won't login/logout without ease of use.Following is a quote from our partner ConvergeOne…

I've seen multiple requests from our Channel Partners and now have an actual Customer request to be able to include IVR Menus within the Company Directory (just like we can with Call Queues, Paging Only extensions, Message-Only extensions, Announcement-Only extensions, etc...). Receptionists and/ur Users would love the ability to leverage the HUD to be able to transfer a call directly to a pre-configured IVR.

  6. It would be useful to have CallerID name to be available in UK as well like in the US. As a business we want to make sure that out customer's are aware that we are calling them since they will see the Name of our business when we call them.

When a call queue receives a voicemail the members of the queue are able to access the message via the RC app. When a fax is received by the queue the members are NOT able to access that message via the RC app. Could that be fixed so that all messages (whether voice or fax) to the queue are accessible via the app?Additionally, when a fax is received by the call queue, all the members are sent an email notification about the received fax. The quality of certain faxes rendered in the RC system is suboptimal- in particular, high resolution scanned documents scanned in color, to the extent that portions of inbound faxes of this type have sections of text rendered nearly illegible, illegible, and/or not recognizable by modern OCR systems. It's a functional issue. The backdrop is suboptimal rendering of even native black text files- all text and elements look as though they were rendered on a dot matrix system from the mid 90s.

  10. right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

  12. Would be great when someone dials the general company line and for instance presses 1 for Sales vs. if someone dials your number or extension directly for the ringtones to be different. This way when receiving the call I can tell if it is a general sales lead calling the company or someone trying to reach me directly and answer the call accordingly.

Hi RingCentral, please enable the feature on the new app where the call queues can receive voicemails through the App instead of their work emails.If that feature can be enabled that will help tremendously helpful for my team. That is one of the main reasons we decided to choose RingCentral for our phone line.

  19. It would be nice to add external contacts within the company directory. We have a dozen contractors that we do not provide phones for and to be able to add their name and cell number in the company directory would be great to where we could dial by name (and even sms/mms their phone and all other features would be grayed out, etc.).

One (1) task is shared by multiple assignees (RC Users), several departments are contributing to fully accomplish 1 task.In the old classic app, RC Users can share/move tasks to other RC Users' windows/glip.
